I read the reviews like everyone else and assumed this place would knock an order of a dozen cupcakes out the park for a birthday party. These were some of the worst, driest, vegan cupcakes I’ve ever had. At a price of over $50, I would have been better off ordering from a grocery store. My saving grace was that these cupcakes were not served during the main birthday dinner, instead a traditional cake (from another bakery) was served. If the cupcakes were served at that time, it would have been an utter embarrassment and disaster. Obviously this place has overwhelmingly strong reviews, so I don’t know if I just got a bad batch or what but we ended up trashing the cupcakes. To the owners of the business, I would say do be better next time. Allow samples, do quality control to ensure customers are not wasting money on a bad product. Cupcakes aside, this place has good customer service. Unfortunately, I couldn’t serve customer service for desert.

At the risk of sounding like hyperbole, I have to say that these are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. We stopped in for the Pictures with Santa but picked up cupcakes as well and this will definitely be my go-to bakery for events from now on.

We're from out of town but my daughter lives near your bakery and you made her an amazing reveal cake this past summer. We decided to choose you again for her baby shower cake and you came through again. The cake was beautiful and absolutely scrumptious! Thank you so much!

Kupcakes & Company made the most beautiful and delicious array of cupcakes and cake pops for my Grinch themed company party! It was a wonderful experience working with the Kupcakes team, I can't wait to work with them on future events!

My go to for cupcakes in the DMV. They never disappoint.

Decided to stop by and give this place a try and I’m so glad that I did! The store itself has a great atmosphere, it’s decorated very nicely and there are some different items and goodies that you can purchase. The cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cupcakes not only looked amazing, but tasted incredible! I knew I had to leave a review as soon as I tasted one. The decorations on the cupcakes are beautiful and I loved that they had so many holiday options as well as vegan and gluten free. When I was leaving I was also told about a Christmas charity event they are doing next week. This is a great establishment and the money spent goes to a good cause, try them out!

We had Kupcakes & Co created 3 beautiful wedding cakes and we loved working with them. The cakes were absolutely delicious and adorable. Our cake table looked fantastic! Thank you Kupcakes & co!

They have gluten free vegan cupcakes which is nearly impossible in the DMV. They weren't anything amazing but nice to have an option if needed

The best gluten-free vegan cupcakes ever made. I've had these at several other bakeries, and they're usually OK, but it's pretty clear that they aren't able to make them taste as good as normal cupcakes. These are the first ones that I've had that taste basically identical to normal cupcakes. They're very good. I would definitely suggest trying them.
