Cupcakes and cupcake parfaits are always consistently good, but the staff always acts standoffish or like they don't want to be there when I visit. I don't need the employees to kiss the ground I walk on, but they could at least be somewhat friendly. Taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

This was my very first custom cake purchase for myself (a milestone birthday) and only the 3rd time ever for my family. That said, the other custom cakes didn't even compare! The drip cake I purchased from Kupcakes & Co. was flawless! It was exceptionally moist with a perfectly balanced sweetness that wasn't too overpowering. It was delicious and my guests loved it! While they didn't have the metallic rose gold icing I initially requested, the alternative was a beautifully rich color that went well with my metallic rose gold party decor.

Moreover, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my last minute request to add additional words on the top of the cake. I couldn't have asked for a better way to kick off my birthday!

My husband is df/gf, so we've tried our fair share of allergen-free businesses and foods. These are by far the best vegan and gluten free cupcakes we've had. Great texture and flavors - if you hadn't told me they were v/gf, I wouldn't have known, and he had zero issues after eating them. We will definitely be ordering again!

I went to Kupcakes for people cupcakes to go with the cupcake I made for my dog for her birthday. Wouldn’t have been a party without them

Although the cupcakes were pretty good, the staff was not welcoming. She barely spoke and acted as though she was annoyed with me being indecisive about my cupcake order. As a first time customer, I wouldn’t return. Service and hospitals is very important.

Very professional atmosphere and tasty cupcakes! I got the black bottom which had a delicious cream cheese icing; my wife got the birthday cake, she very much enjoyed the buttercream and she usually doesn’t like buttercream. Give this place a try!

Jodi was simply amazing! We ordered 60 cupcakes and our cake for our wedding! Everybody was raving about all the food and how good it was. We had like 30-40 people show up but we had almost no cupcakes left. They were delicious. Jodi was so amazing working with us and our schedule. The cupcakes turned out so beautiful as did our private cake. Truly wonderful and highly recommended. We will definitely be coming back for any and all events. Also had our friends and family take pictures of the company logo so they’d remember where to go!

I read the reviews like everyone else and assumed this place would knock an order of a dozen cupcakes out the park for a birthday party. These were some of the worst, driest, vegan cupcakes I’ve ever had. At a price of over $50, I would have been better off ordering from a grocery store. My saving grace was that these cupcakes were not served during the main birthday dinner, instead a traditional cake (from another bakery) was served. If the cupcakes were served at that time, it would have been an utter embarrassment and disaster. Obviously this place has overwhelmingly strong reviews, so I don’t know if I just got a bad batch or what but we ended up trashing the cupcakes. To the owners of the business, I would say do be better next time. Allow samples, do quality control to ensure customers are not wasting money on a bad product. Cupcakes aside, this place has good customer service. Unfortunately, I couldn’t serve customer service for desert.

At the risk of sounding like hyperbole, I have to say that these are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had. We stopped in for the Pictures with Santa but picked up cupcakes as well and this will definitely be my go-to bakery for events from now on.
