5-Customer Service- this not always true for Ledo's locations. Troy Hill was exceptional! From the time we walked in door and left we had professionally friendly service!

This is the second Ledo Pizza restaurant that I have ordered from, and I love their consistency! I was driving across Maryland and was craving a good salad. I checked my route, ordered ahead, and picked up a wonderful salad! I love their fresh salads, and they are generous with the dressing!
I stopped here after visiting another restaurant with my family of 4 (spouse and 2 young children).. The place i visited was only carry out so I pulled into ledo because I'm a heavy supporter of the ledo brand. Primarily in PG county. I decide to sit outside at the table because I figured they might have an issue with us eating food from another restaurant inside their restaurant. My kids complained of the cold so i went inside and bought something from the restaurant thinking that would warrant them to not have a issue with us eating some of their food and food from another restaurant in their restaurant. Even after purchasing food from this place the staff (manager) told us we couldn't eat in the restaurant but they did direct us back to the outside patio area. It was a rather cool, brisk day and my young children noses started to run, complained of their hands being cold, etc while trying to eat outside. I felt like they treated us how alot of places treat the homeless that tries to come inside to warm up in the cold. After this experience I doubt i will support the ledo brand any longer.

First attempted pizza since relocating down here. It was okay, it wasn't super expensive and it wasn't terrible but I'm going to keep on trying other places. That being said I might end up back here on occasion it's close and it's cheap and it's not bad for what it is

I ordered to go and waited. The cashier was cordial and attentive to what I was stating I wanted. The order didn’t take long and it was delicious. Too bad their sauce was changed to a less sweeter sauce. I loved the original as it gave the food a savory sweet taste.

Excellent pizza. Biscuit-like crust, thick pepperoni, perfect sauce and cheese - doesn't get any better than this. Still as good as I remember it from 45 yeas ago at the original location in College Park.
