We have been going to this location for several years eating in mostly but carrying out occasionally. We enjoy the food and the service has been good however three times in the last month we have been turned away from eating inside the restaurant because they are either too overwhelmed with the amount of people in there or they just don’t want to wait on people. This is very disturbing as like I said above we have been patronizing this location for many years. Tonight December 16th we were turned away at 8:10 pm because they were closing at 9:00 pm. We will not be coming back anymore as it has become clear that customers have become irrelevant.

This is my local Ledo's pizza where I've ordered many pizza's from. As usual, I made my order online for a 1:15pm pick up on a Sunday. To allow for some time, I took my time and arrived around 1:30pm. I checked on the online order shelf and my order was not there. There was a few people already waiting in line so after a few minutes it was my turn and I let them know I was here to pick up my order. The guy had to go back into the kitchen to check on my order and came out and said that there was a mixup in the pickup time and that my order wasn't ready. He said that they are working on it now and that it would be about 15-20 minutes. I finally got my order around 1:55pm. Disappointed on this order.

The $6 Calzone special on Tuesday can't be beat! So delicious! I pack lunch most days but this is my food choice for days that I buy lunch out.

5-Customer Service- this not always true for Ledo's locations. Troy Hill was exceptional! From the time we walked in door and left we had professionally friendly service!

This is the second Ledo Pizza restaurant that I have ordered from, and I love their consistency! I was driving across Maryland and was craving a good salad. I checked my route, ordered ahead, and picked up a wonderful salad! I love their fresh salads, and they are generous with the dressing!
