Please do yourself a favor and don't stop at this location. I just stopped for the second time this week and my orders have been done wrong every time. I told the guy No sugar (diabetic) and 2 cream. well. I got no cream and sugar was added. The sandwich was cold as it can be and unwrapped. Please do not buy at this location

I’m not saying McDonalds food is 5 star. I am saying this location consistently has decent fries and nugs. I think they change their oil more often than most. Also, paper straws! I know some folks aren’t fans but every tiny bit we do for the environment the better as far as I’m concerned.

They always send you to another parking spot in the drive through to inflate their service time metrics even though customers aren't being served.

I placed my order at a kiosk. It didn't give me a receipt I went to the register - nobody there I waited about 5 minutes, and the manager (Bryson) came up. He never looked looked up at me or acknowledged my presence. About three minutes later, a very overworked employee came and asked if he could help. He looked at my table number, and then at the screen, and asked "Double quarter meal?" And I said yes. He said, "oh no, I just gave it to that guy over there." (Not the first time that has happened to me - apparently it's common for people to walk in off the street and claim a free meal from someone's legit app or kiosk order.) About 10 minutes later, the overworked guy brought me my meal - he did upgrade it to large size which was nice. Of course, during all that, the drive through got 100 pct attention from the staff. I'm pretty much done with dining in at McDonald's. And, geez, Bryson, if you had just looked up at me and said, "Sorry for the delay, someone will be with you shortly," I might not have been pissed off enough to write this review.
