Well, first we drove into the drive thru and nobody was on the microphone for at least 3-4 mins. Then someone comes on and takes our code, just to inform us in subtle tone that the ice cream machine is off. Then she suggest that we cancel the order and place another one. (3 business days for refund.) We place another order and waited again. When we got the order we did not receive our burger for our kids meal and another burger. We drove off because we did not want to spend another second in that drive thru.
a total of 40 minutes we will never get back.
Loss of time and money just for a quick trip to mcdonalds. They built a brand on effectiveness and quickness but hire the most incompetent people.

McDonald's has become more worried about quantity that quality no longer exists. It was 12: 30 in the afternoon and the fries were old and cold. $10 for a double cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink and it was all garbage!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! They are always slow, managers are rude, my snack wrap today was literally like rubber literally. And after having a problem with a manager in the drive thru then having to bring my food back the young lady in front was nice and quick to find a solution meanwhile, the managers not knowing that I know Spanish questioned her about y order and took the liberty of digging it out of the trash to validate the truth when i had already shown her before she threw it away! I will never pay another dollar here!!!

They will send you to wait at a spot for your food and then forget you exist. They are very rude and horrible customer service. Most likely to give you the wrong drink, and when you tell them the company customer service will be notified , their response is “ go ahead” or they hand up the phone . I wish there is one close by cos it appears the owner(s) is asleep at the switch . It’s like they are doing you a favor. Horrible customer service

EVERY TIME I go to this McDonald they mess my order up. You had me and 5 other cars wait for out food and the order was missing the fries. The fries are nasty anyway( at this location) but it’s the fact that I WAITED and my order was not complete. Please get it together because it’s always something. I would much rather drive 20 mins away to another McDonald than to come back to this location.
