My husband and I ate at this restaurant for the first time today. The food was very good, however, the waitress was very slow, which I mentioned to her when she tried to apologize for being so slow. I would eat here again as long as we have a different waitress or waiter.

Food was good when ordering take out, but a couple of items were missing when I got home. Unfortunately, this happened the last two times we ordered from this location. This go around, we were missing tortillas and rice. I would recommend that you check your order prior to leaving the restaurant.Update: OTB reached out and were prefessional in their response. I was looking forward to some good Mexican food. This restaurant is not as well kept as the one in Towson. The food was good, timely once ordered & hot. Ultimate fajita can feed 2. Nice portions. The atmosphere was ok, but it was not clean. The Pina colada was brought in cup with crusted food on the outside of the glass. The utensils were the same ... smeared food. We requested disposable cups and utensils after these findings. The waiter - I hope this doesn't directly identify him - I told him he had a large boogie in his nose and he proceeded to try and fling it off in front of me. So was it supposed to land on the table in front of me??? Common sense & courtesy severely lacking. I asked him to at least go wash his hands.That ruined the entire experience for me. I didn't wait to speak with management, we barely ate the food. I'm so sorry to leave this review.

I ordered carryout for myself and friends. I figured the food would be good because I had ordered the briarra tacos twice and the were great. What a disappointment when I got home with kids taco with ground beef, chicken enchiladas, the chicken was rancid. I also got a steak burrito. We haven't tried it yet and some stuffed poppers tha looked old and unappetizing. I just threw it all in the trash. The rice and beans are good when you squeeze some lime on it. I'm so disappointed ? the beans and rice is good with a squeeze of lime. The people working in carry out were nice and helpful. The queso iss good. I don't think I'll be back though.

For the first time I came to this restaurant, I love Mexican food and I can say that the margaritas in this place are very good with good alcohol, it is worth the price, we ordered a fajita mix, the shrimp were very well seasoned, the meat, I think, was overcooked. It lost the salt because it was very tasteless, it had no flavor at all, I may have to return to taste other dishes but the place is very nice and well decorated.

Service was bad…nothing on the table when we sat down and we had to ask for napkins. The chips were matted together and lacked taste. Food was delivered but we waited 3.5 minutes for silverware…which we had to ask for from another waitress after we started a search and she was NOT our server. Thus the food was cold, bland, and inconsistent. The drinks were not refilled, the Margarita resembles a snow cone with salt and watered down alcohol. Maybe it is a thing now but if I want microwaved food, I can stay home. Glad I did not join the rewards club…expect this location to close within a year!!!

I have been coming to this OTB for years now and have never seen it this bad. I have experienced bad service here, but today was off the charts.After 15 minutes of being seated, I had to go ask for water, which still took almost 5 minutes to come. Another 5+ minutes before the server showed up. Did not introduce himself and looked irritated as I had asked the hostess when we were going to get service and the message must have been communicated.I told him our waters aren't here and we're ready to order. After we placed the order he brought the wrong beer for me and didn't even bring the other requested drink. He never showed up again.Food was brought and let me tell you, it had zero taste. I've had this dish here before and it was certainly not made this way then. Chicken was dry, there was no salt/seasoning, and barely any queso which was a big component of the meal. How can a Mexican restaurant not have seasoning??Then my son dropped water and we couldn't find anyone to get us extra napkins. Had to go look for them ourselves. Literally no one returned to the table to ask if everything was OK. Over an hour and we got spoken to once when the order was being taken.Oh, my friend did speak with the manager, after which point the "unsalted" food showed up.I don't know if they have new management or new chef or both, but the service here has gone done the toilet.As much as I used to frequent this place, I will not be returning, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
