I ordered pickup from here a few days ago. A new york style pizza. It was literally thick and looked like the girl who made it dragged her finger through the pizza. I took it back and had them remake the pizza. Same exact problem. It was NOT a NY style pizza. On top if it, the girl make the pizzas had a BRIGHT PINK WIG on with NO HAIRNET. I walked in the door and she ignored me for a few minutes before going to the back to get a cashier. She should not even be working here, and the girl from the back was apologetic about her attitude - i guess it's nothing new to them. Won't be back.

My pizza was underdone, so I spoke to the manager asking for a refund. Never saw the refund come back, stay far far away from this place

No matter what time of day or how I place my order here it’s always a great experience. They’re professional, seem to enjoy the job, the food is fast & hot (and always to PJ standards). This particular time Quinton helped me with getting my order and he was extremely kind. He flexed his charm and smile with myself and the 2 young kiddos who were eager and excited to grab their pizza all by themselves. Shouts to Quinton and the rest of the crew for consistently providing amazing service

Food was horrible. Asked for my wings to be “well done” and they weren’t, AT ALL. Wings were slimy and were barely coated in sauce. Asked them to make my pizza square and they still gave me regular slices. I will never order here again. 0/10.

Today I went to buy one at this restaurant, and these cashiers told me that they were going to give me a 30% discount which was a lie, they charged me normal, I think they do it so we can leave a tip, it doesn't seem right to me!

A positive out of a negative. We ordered 5 extra large pizzas for my daughter’s preschool class. The person that took the order recorded the wrong date. So I showed up and the pizza wasn’t ready.

I explained the situation (a class full of hungry kids without lunch) and the two workers in there jumped in the order asap. I made it in time to deliver the pizzas. This was Friday morning, Oct 25th. Grateful to the workers in there at the time for helping me out due to a mistake they did not make.

Kid-friendliness: They double sliced the pizza for the kids.

Not sure why the bad reviews. We ordered 16 pizzas to feed our soccer group, and they were all good and ready on time.

The Papa John’s driver was rude and driving erratically on the road. Really a hazard to himself and those around him.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I place a order online 9-5-24 and said it would be approximately 36 minutes until ready,no problem. I get to the Papa John's about 45 minutes later and the guy at the counter says they haven't even started my order? He tells me if I can wait another 30 minutes that it will be ready.I waited another 40 minutes and asked him the status of my order in which he tells me,I don't have any update on your order? What ? You made me wait another 30 minutes to tell me you can't even tell me when it will be ready.After a hour and a half they hadn't even stated the order.The guys says I can refund your money in which he had refunded at least four other people while I was there.Absolutely horrible service and a waste of two hours and no one even cared.Told me I would get a refund tomorrow on my card even though my card is charge instantly.I wish I could give them below a 1 star rating.Steve

Waited over an hour for an order I placed and already paid for ! Forgot to make my food and there was a line of unhappy customers . Manager never showed up . No one knew what how to work the register or make the pizza . Just awful please shut this place down!!
