Papa Johns Pizza

A positive out of a negative. We ordered 5 extra large pizzas for my daughter’s preschool class. The person that took the order recorded the wrong date. So I showed up and the pizza wasn’t ready.

I explained the situation (a class full of hungry kids without lunch) and the two workers in there jumped in the order asap. I made it in time to deliver the pizzas. This was Friday morning, Oct 25th. Grateful to the workers in there at the time for helping me out due to a mistake they did not make.

Kid-friendliness: They double sliced the pizza for the kids.

The Papa John’s driver was rude and driving erratically on the road. Really a hazard to himself and those around him.

Placed and online order and it ready as committed. The food was pretty decent but the toppings were far to less.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I place a order online 9-5-24 and said it would be approximately 36 minutes until ready,no problem. I get to the Papa John's about 45 minutes later and the guy at the counter says they haven't even started my order? He tells me if I can wait another 30 minutes that it will be ready.I waited another 40 minutes and asked him the status of my order in which he tells me,I don't have any update on your order? What ? You made me wait another 30 minutes to tell me you can't even tell me when it will be ready.After a hour and a half they hadn't even stated the order.The guys says I can refund your money in which he had refunded at least four other people while I was there.Absolutely horrible service and a waste of two hours and no one even cared.Told me I would get a refund tomorrow on my card even though my card is charge instantly.I wish I could give them below a 1 star rating.Steve

Waited over an hour for an order I placed and already paid for ! Forgot to make my food and there was a line of unhappy customers . Manager never showed up . No one knew what how to work the register or make the pizza . Just awful please shut this place down!!

Considering there were only 2 people on shift at the time, the service was great. Slices were reasonably evenly cut.

Remember when you would order a pizza for delivery and the driver would show up with that fancy bag filled with insulation? Remember when they had a special sticker that showed you the pizza was still hot? Remember how you could get it for free if it showed up cold.

That's apparently too much to ask of Papa John's now. They have outsourced delivery to door dash now, surprise! Pizza is guaranteed to show up cold.

But PJs can't let it's questionable business partner outdo them in poor service. Even before the pizza reached the hands of the mercenary driver, they failed. Toppings were barely sprinkled onto a doughy, undercooked crust. I even ordered extra cooking time.

Hats off, PJ--you really know how to kill a franchise.

Check your drivers behavior. There’s no need for them to be honking at a young woman walking alone. Hella weird

Very friendly staff. Good quality pizza.

Dietary restrictions: We got vegetarian pizza without cheese. It was made well. Like that they have a clean cut option.

We called to place our carryout order, and were put through an automated pre-order robot before getting a human. Annoying, but not horrible. The pickup WAS horrible. Poor organization. The manager didn't even know how to ring up an order. I had to repeat my name numerous times to 3 different people. Finally got the pizza home and it's doughy - undercooked.

Every time I oder recently, online, the system keeps ADDING ITS OWN TIP. I forgot to add something so upon finishing edited order, I look at the online receipt & see it added ALMOST 5 EXTRA BUCKS.

They think they slick? Debating not ordering from here no more.

Ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It only had mushrooms on one slice and a few pepperoni pieces on two slices. Mostly a cheese pizza.

Ordered a pizza with light sauce and extra cheese and it was the opposite. Extra sauce light cheese. Won’t come back
