Terrible place, I am Hispanic and I arrived to pick up an order which was going well, only one Breadstick order was missing, and the cashier was very terrible, he started complaining to another customer, they started speaking in English believing that I would not understand them, they They started saying that it was my mistake and laughing at what I was saying, it's not because I'm racist or anything, it's just that I don't know how to identify them, they were three dark-skinned people, I really won't go to this place again, and if it's possible that someone reads this so they don't go here, without a doubt they are racists just because we are Hispanic they made fun of us, I don't recommend this place, I loved coming because I love the food, but with this attitude they really discourage us from coming, very bad Pizza Hut, you really should better evaluate who you hire.

Loved this place since I was a kid, but even I can’t imagine going here for pizza anymore. It’s sad how such a cool franchise has been ruined by Pizza Hut and their poor wages.
On 12/1- My order was scheduled for pick up at 5:20 pm. I arrived at 5:18 pm. I live 3 minutes from Pizza Hut.When I arrived home the Pizza was dried out, not even remotely warm.I must have been given a pizza someome ordered and never picked up.I ordered 18 Boneless wings.They were the smallest boneless wings I have ever ordered. I spent $38+ and was not satisfied with my pizza or wings.The icing on a cake!! The Lady behind the counter was not wearing gloves. Previously, I asked her to put on gloves before she gave me my plates and napkins. She immediately got defensive and said she just washed her hands. I don't care. I had just seen her come from the ladies room.When staff members are handling food to give to customers they should always wear gloves.I ‘ve been dissatisfied previously, this is my first time writing a review.I have Pizza Friday with my grandchildren every Friday.I will now drive further for quality pizza and service staff following safe health protocol.Papa John’s here I come!!

We order pizza and DoorDash cancelled our order. Then we ordered on Google and they send the same pizza that they cancelled 2 hours before. It was cold and hard. I can’t say we would not order again because our kids like it but they are not doing very

Pretty annoyed with Pizza Hut right now. I ordered a personal pan pizza, the dough was thin and dense like it didn't rise or something? Tasted off. The crust was thin and crispy. I like thin crust, but when you order a pan pizza, you kinda expect to get a pan pizza. After reading other reviews, I decided against contacting the restaurant since it doesn't seem like they will do anything.
Since when did pizza become so expensive? They charge for EVERY topping. Ordered last night, 2 large pizzas, cheese bread, soda and some dips. The pizzas were a stuffed crust and a pan pizza. The pan pizza had black olives, and the stuffed crust had 3 toppings on it. $24 for the pan and $28 for the stuffed crust. HOW?! My total was $109. That’s RIDICULOUS for pizza. They are 100% taking advantage of people. The food was great don’t get me wrong, but your prices are insane and unfortunately it’s becoming unaffordable to use you guys anymore. Shame on you guys.

I placed an order online shortly after 5pm from the Elkridge MD store. 5:52 pm was my estimated delivery time. I called the store at 6:51pm to inquire about my order and was placed on hold for 10mins. I called again and was told they didn't have my order and it was probably at another store. When I asked them to check, they said the delivery driver took the wrong order to my home and when he realized, he drove back to the store without any plans of re-delivering the correct order. I asked for a refund and was told only a store credit could be provided. No apologies for the inconvenience or lack of communication. The store employees made a mistake and had no plans to rectify it or notify me as a customer. This is absolutely unacceptable. During that call, they stated they’d have the correct order re-delivered. I called back after 8pm to inquire about my order and was told they ended up canceling it. Again, no communication to me as the customer and no refund provided. I am disappointed yet not surprised. They stole my money without any care in the world. I have no plans in patronizing Pizza Hut in the near future.
