Has failed to give me complete order at drive thru. Attempted to call restaurant, this was not at peak time, failed to pick up phone on several attempts. Have lost a customer.

9/26/2025 After a several months hiatus they did it again. Stopped by, ordered my food and once again the couldn't accurately fulfill the order. WORST Popeye's ever. They weren't busy, took the order right, didn't have any wings, and still got it wrong. So much for giving second chances.

I ordered a family meal and got this burn fries seems these fries are pretty old not even fresh at all service is really bad through drive thru a rude Woman taking orders don’t ever recommend this place

I was just racially profiled over a coca cola I ordered on my phone. Told me that they dont see my order number but it's on the screen and then told me we didn't see you order. Not going back!!

So I went here and got chicken strips baaaad idea they were severely undercooked had to throw the whole thing away. Now I love me some Popeyes but this time nope!

I am not sure about the negative reviews but I've been to different locations and this one is the best . The people working here are so nice and the service is excellent..

I’m not sure how it’s 9pm and the front doors are locked when this location closes at 12. Also, saying there’s no fries for the rest of the night is simply lazy. I understand things happen but this is something I’d expect in the city. Not elkridge. Fix this.

Price were better than most, chi ken seems to be higher than it was in the past but so is everything else.

Cashiers are super nice and the place serves your food really fast

My order was short. Employee at the pick up window wanted to argue with me. This Popeyes needs management oversight.

Definitely a language barrier whenever ordering food here they will never get your order right.

Very rude customer service. They could not calmly explain the type of menu options they had based on an online menu from Popeyes’ own website while using their drive thru.
