Accommodated a party of 7 on a Thursday night easily. We ordered two boats which did not take long to prepare. The restaurant was busy during the evening which was also a good sign. Seems like a popular spot! They also gave us complimentary appetizers and dessert to share which was a nice bonus too. Service was attentive and efficient. All of the sushi was delicious and the price is quite reasonable as well. I would certainly come back again.

Had to adjust this rating. This used to be my go to sushi spot but after yesterday's depressing visit I doubt we will be back anytime soon. Something has changed here, I dont know what though possibly management? The service was atrocious at best, we actually watched a family walk out after being ignored for at leaat half an hour. It wasnt busy and they looked more than well staffed so there is no excuses and normally I can overlook bad service if the food is good unfortunately that wasn't the case. Every roll just fell apart, the spicy tuna was dry and almost stale as if they had pre-made it in preparation for a rush. Even the california roll was rough, the grocery store across the road can and has made a better california roll than I had here yesterday.

The best place for sushi - Sushi- sushi. We almost had more than 6 types of sushi, from crab- vegan and everything was perfectly build and tasted amazing, out of world to be honest.
The ambience is like those small Asian eateries and cannot expect much as the prices are very reasonable.
Service was quick and fast but I wish some Asian waitress over there need to learn English as they know the basic English and cannot answer much. They don’t know what a kids menu is, but rest everything was excellent!!

First time at this Sushi Q. Cute restaurant, wonderful staff, and the sushi was great. I had the Orioles roll and wifey had the angry lobster roll. Both were delicious! Well be coming back on a regular basis. 🙂

I have eaten at Sushi Q2 in Owings Mills many times and always thoroughly enjoyed my experience, so when I moved to Elkridge, I decided to give this location a try. Unfortunately, it’s been nothing but disappointing.

My first visit wasn’t great, but since I’ve worked in the service industry myself, I gave them grace and decided to try again. Today, I came back hoping for a better experience — and it was even worse.

I called in my order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes later expecting to be in and out. Wrong. When I walked in, I stood at the front waiting to be greeted, but multiple staff members walked right past me without acknowledging me. I eventually had to ask, “Are you working carry-out?” before someone finally helped me.

I ordered two chicken & shrimp hibachi meals, but the person on the phone only rang up one — so the total I was quoted over the phone did not match what I was charged in the restaurant. After paying, the employee immediately walked away without giving me my receipt. I had to ask another worker to print one for me.

Then came the wait. There were only about four tables seated, yet I sat in the restaurant for over 35 minutes waiting for my food. During that time, I watched two staff members sit and eat their lunch while others laughed and chatted, placing completed online orders on the table directly in front of me — all while I sat there hungry and waiting.

When I finally complained, I was told they were “busy with online orders.” That explanation didn’t make sense, considering I was physically inside the restaurant and the people picking up those online orders weren’t even there yet. Since my order had already been rung up incorrectly — an error on their part — and I was waiting inside, I expected my order to be prioritized. It wasn’t!

I am extremely disappointed. I will not be returning to this location. If I want Sushi Q, I’ll go to Owings Mills — or I just won’t go at all.

Terrible service! 10/10 would not recommend!

Awesome find! I tried the Angry Lobster Roll because it said “Must Try” on the menu. Really glad I did, probably one of the best rolls I’ve ever had. Others at our table over their rolls as well. The service was very fast and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Sushi Q3 is our go to when we want quick and convenient sushi that tastes good and is reasonably priced. The service is good and the restaurant interior is functional but nothing special.
