Leaving a review to ask for, pleading, begging you for the Lux Cravings Box and MTN Dew Baja Blast zero added back to your online menu through the Taco Bell app. Please I am a struggling single parent and that $6.49 box has fed my family through desperate times.

The customer service at this establishment is subpar. The employees are often rude and unhelpful, and have been known to abruptly hang up on customers. This lack of professionalism and inconsistency with their posted hours is a major inconvenience for customers. Changes need to be made in order to improve the overall experience at this establishment.

I simply love how this Taco Bell has been redesigned. Now let's work on the food and the service. It seems a huge injustice to have such a nice-looking, pleasant fast-food restaurant, and it's always empty.
I really appreciate the outdoor dining area. Always looking for restaurants that have this feature.

And the service! Queen Elizabeth II never experienced such deference, politeness, and rapidity!
As for the atmosphere I've never actually been inside, but it looks recently remodeled so I'm sure it's fine.

Update 7 months later…. Closed at 1:30am not the 3am posted time. One and a half hours early and staff is hanging out the drive thru window playing on their phone. Closed before 9 on New Year’s Eve didn’t update hours online.

I had such a disappointing customer service experience that I’ve decided I won’t be returning. I pulled into the drive-thru as the second car and waited at the second intercom. I watched as two cars ahead were helped at the first intercom, then a staff member asked for an order a third time at the first intercom despite no car being there. It looked like a communication issue, which I was willing to overlook.
So I pulled up to the window as the third car, I explained that no one ever came over the speaker at my intercom and that it seemed like only the first one was working. I asked if I could just place my order there at the window. Without any courtesy, I was told they don’t take orders at the window. So, my only option was to go all the way around again, even as a line of cars was forming behind me.
I’ve worked in fast food before. I know for a fact that people adjust or place orders at the window all the time, especially when the system fails. There was no apology. No effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. No appreciation that I remained calm and respectful. Just a cold response and a clear message: our mistake, your problem.
I won’t support a business that can’t take responsibility or value its customers’ time. Could I have asked for a manager? Sure. But if I have to fight to be served, I have no interest in eating there. This occurred late night 6/24/25.
Took awhile for an actual cashier to help me finish my order cuz was trying to get rid of cash on me. However that Dragonfruit freeze was good, damn good. Rest of the food good too.
