This place has certainly gone downhill, the last 2 years. Use to be my every Saturday breakfast splurge...not now!
The Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant use to be crispy and delicious! Now it's a rubbery, flimsy, bland, chicken filet.
I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Swiss Croissant Combo and received a Bacon, Egg & American Cheese Croissant! No Swiss and no heads up on the change in cheese! Ridiculous!!!

worst service ever. the cashier was completely rude and demanding. waited over 20 minutes for food. ordered a baked potato and heard too many excuses from the staff. the manager wouldn’t even look our way. we watched 1 of our burgers sit on the counter for 20 minutes as it got passed around by multiple people. by the time we got our frosty it was completely melted. fries were cold. whoever’s in charge of this location needs to step up.

We went through the drive threw and order or food. When we got home they forgot to put our daughter's French fries in the bag. There was a line behind us, so didn't get a chance to check. Probably won't be back to this one.

They started charging 50 cents for sauce! Not only that but they don't even ask you when placing your order if you would like any sauce for an additional 50 cents so I can actually pay for it! When I got my food she just says…. Ok that will be 50 cents, now I have no way to pay for it. This is not how you do business and no other fast food chains are doing this. You just lost a customer over 50 cents. Good luck to you

This is unfortunately the closest Wendy's to me and every time I go to a new Wendy's, I'm impressed how bad this one is in comparison.

The food is usually dry and just badly cooked and there's something wrong with my order (missing sauce or a topping). They also seem to really skimp on the size of the burger patty compared to other locations and never actually give me extra pickles or onions when I'm there.

The location is also just kind a gross area and a bleh interior

Corporate needs to step in and fix this Wendys location because I was honestly thinking Wendy's was terrible until I went to a different location
