On October 9th, around 4 a.m., I encountered an issue with my mobile order at this location. Despite having proof of purchase, the staff member on duty declined to fulfill my order because it did not appear in the system. Rather than offering a solution, such as suggesting I reorder, the staff member displayed frustration and continued to express dissatisfaction with the situation. This unprofessional behavior ultimately led me to cancel my order.

The manager at the morning time is literally the most annoying and most disrespectful thing you will see to start your day. I ordered 3 separate orders for 3 separate people using the free breakfast promotion that wendy's is supposed to honor. What do they do at this store? Mark all 3 of my cards and only give me one sandwich because I don't have 3 bodys in my car. This is absolutely absurd. Every time I come and use this promotion, I hear complaints from this person. That free breakfast sandwich coupon is a complete rip-off if you go to this place, which is sure to ruin your morning. I would give this place 0 stars if possible. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever. And definitely has to be the WORST wendy's in Maryland period.
Food is always good. Even when someone is being difficult with them in the car ahead of you, they don't project that person's arrogance on you when you make it to the window. Good staff
