This is unfortunately the closest Wendy's to me and every time I go to a new Wendy's, I'm impressed how bad this one is in comparison.
The food is usually dry and just badly cooked and there's something wrong with my order (missing sauce or a topping). They also seem to really skimp on the size of the burger patty compared to other locations and never actually give me extra pickles or onions when I'm there.
The location is also just kind a gross area and a bleh interior
Corporate needs to step in and fix this Wendys location because I was honestly thinking Wendy's was terrible until I went to a different location
On October 9th, around 4 a.m., I encountered an issue with my mobile order at this location. Despite having proof of purchase, the staff member on duty declined to fulfill my order because it did not appear in the system. Rather than offering a solution, such as suggesting I reorder, the staff member displayed frustration and continued to express dissatisfaction with the situation. This unprofessional behavior ultimately led me to cancel my order.
