The inside was not clean. The fries were stale and the sandwiches were cold. I took the fries back and told them that they tasted like they were sitting all day long. I can only imagine how bad it would be to go through the drive Thru. This place is never busy and that should tell you something.

normal business hour and dining room is not open, fine, drive through, order double beef cheddar, meat comes out not even classic sandwich portion. told lady and confirmed several times want the turkey club, got gobbler. please listen and put the right sandwich in customer's order.
So I was a employee of Arby's but not this location so with that said, my experience wasn't to delightful for starters the meat on mine and my fiancee beef n cheddar was very thick cut, then on my fiancé's they uses sliced cheese rather then liquid which belongs on the beef n cheddar. That would be my biggest issue's with this location, however on a minor note I didn't like that I couldn't really completely understand any of the employees due to all being Spanish speaking which normally would have never bothered me but Arby's has been my fiancee favorite fast food and I make sure to get it for her on her birthday every year. Unfortunately this was rather disappointing for her due to the sandwich mishap. So I'm very sorry but for the first time I have to leave a bad review for a Arby's. Thanks and have a good day

It reaks of gas!! Something bad will happen because the people working said they aways smell it. Hazardous for employees and customers. Really smacks your nose right as you walk in. I personally do not have experience trying the food. Normal angry employees haha

After seeing a review froma famous food reviewer Mr. Chimrtown, we decided to give it a try. We pulled up to the drive through 4/21/24 @ 8:05pm on Pulaski Ave in Elkton MD, the customer service was horrible and unprofessional, if we did not pay we would have pulled off. The young lady need customer service etiquette, we are currently waiting for our food, havr not rasted it yet, however due to the unprofessionalism and lake of quality customer service our $26 that was spent will go straight in the trash, I don't trust the food based on my service. HORRIBLE EXPERINCE!!!
