I'm really bothered by one of the negative reviews. I reported it because clearly they are racist and not giving a fair review. I absolutely love the ladies that work at this location. Always friendly and helpful. I see the same nice ladies every time and they get my order right every single time. Keep up the consistently good work!

Lady was disrespectful and I asked for the condiments to not be thrown on top of the open food and she just ignored me and did it anyway. When I said to the lady why did you do that when I asked you not to. Again she ignores me shuts the window and turns around and walks away. It took forever to receive the food as well and was cold. I will not get food from there again.

On 10.30.2025 at 6:29pm TICKET DT373 ORDER ID# AAD3NAEAJCL I came through the drive thru spend nearly $20. I asked for extra horsey sauce. When I got to my destination, I only found one horsey sauce in bag. I bought a meal with a large fry and another lg fry. I went back to your Arby's and asked for more horsey sauce. The Spanish speaking lady was soooo nasty to me for asking for more horsey sauce. She had the ordasity to asked me for what I needed the sauce for; at which time I replied that my friend and I like to dip our French Fries in horsey sauce. The Spanish speaking lady told me that the horsey sauce IS NOT for French fries but ketchup was. I was/still am soooooo angry about that that I swore to myself NEVER to come back to your Arby's. I work close to your store and from what I can see you don't have many customers come through as it is. One would think your crew would be extra courteous to the customers that chose Arby's as their dinner destination. This foreign lady should not be allowed to work with the public. Furthermore, when I tried calling your store today, the phone seemed to be disconnected. I much rather talke to a store manager than write this review. My recommendation GO TO ANOTHER ARBY'S where you get treated with dignity and respect.

Stopped in on a Tuesday Evening. Store was exceptionally clean!!! Great service!!! Arby's made changes to their sauces lacking flavor they once had. This not the stores issue its on the corporate cutting cost. I give this store and staff 5 Stars!!!!! I will stop by again when going through Elkton

There were only 2 employees working just after 1PM on a Friday but they were backed up. The ice did not work on the soda machine and the soda was very warm. The roast turkey ranch I ordered was not worth the money as it was very light on meat. The employees were very friendly but overwhelmed. For the prices that are being charged here, management needs to do better.

I've ordered the brisket sandwich often. But lately it's been terrible. There was barely any meat on my sandwich and the sauce was everywhere. Because there was so much. The fries was def old. Something has to change.

The inside was not clean. The fries were stale and the sandwiches were cold. I took the fries back and told them that they tasted like they were sitting all day long. I can only imagine how bad it would be to go through the drive Thru. This place is never busy and that should tell you something.
