Baker's Restaurant

My husband has been going to Baker’s for close to 50 yrs and introduced me to it within the past 5 years. Today was the third time we brought our dogs and they are so incredible with them!! Great food and atmosphere!!

We were greeted(ignored) by a miserable and rude bartender again.We won't be back.

Been there twice to get the chicken and dumplings to go. Really good dumplings. I can't recommend them enough. If you like old fashioned style dumplings, this is the place to go..

Party of 4 had crab cakes with a house salad, North Atlantic salmon with backed potato and green beans. The meal was excellent and the Staff was great. Can’t wait until we go again.

Baker’s is a true delight. The food is carefully prepared and delicious. I opted for the Wednesday special, chicken & dumplings. Their description said ‘slippery’ dumplings. Never heard that phrase for dumplings before. But, it’s an apt description. They were fantastic. My wife opted for the crab melt. Wow. It was great. We will be back!!

Ya like hair in Your Crab Cake......This is the Place for You then. Came to Bakers this evening (08/10/24) for My Son's Birthday dinner. Ordered the Crabcakes and when they were served to Me, l was able to eat two bites, l was about to get into the third bite when l see a hair in the side of it.
I was NOT a Happy Camper after hearing all the Good things about this Place.
After the server came by to check on Us, l informed Her of what l found, She asked if l wanted something else...l said No, l've lost My appetite and wasn't intrested in eating anymore.
The Server handled this Very Well. What Surprised (and Erked) Me the most is that the Owners/Management did Absoulutly NOTHING about the situation.

The staff is great and the place is pretty clean. We thought the quantity we be a little more but the food was good
