There was a hiccup with the online ordering not marking everything supposedly. Called to have a sub replaced, 1 had an ingredient on it that person was allergic too, they agreed to replace the sub. 2 minutes later called me back to tell me that I'd have to pay for the sub being replaced, needless to say not driving another 20 min for that. $15 dollar sub wasted and wish I didn't tip. Customer service and cleanliness in a food chain should be priorities. I asked for 1 out of 4 things to be replaced and would bring the sub back even. UPDATE: Capriottis reached out to me and made the situation right. Where as it can't change the meal that day knowing customer service is willing to work with you def increases the customer service rating and overall. Thank you caps customer service.

Subs and steak sandwiches are the best around. They always use the freshest rolls, meats and cheeses. The prices are very reasonable and worth every penny. Each sandwich is made with love and won't disappoint. The service is very good and everyone is always friendly, polite and courteous. Recommend placing your order ahead of time because they are busy but you can still walk in and place your order when you get there. You can also earn rewards from your purchases.

I wish the Capriotti’s in our small town was this good. Not that it’s bad but I stopped going years ago. The four (!!) women working at this store are on it! ! So impressed by their work ethic. When people besides yourself are waiting outside the store for it to open that’s a good sign. The sandwiches and soup we ordered were delicious. I was really impressed with the level of service and quality of food. The best Capriotti’s experience ever.

We had a cheesesteak and an impossible steak They were served quickly, and tasted awesome! A bottle of wishniak and some herrs chips to go along. People there were very friendly and treated us great! Thanks!
