What’s the point in a mobile line when the people that go there to order get their food first… really irritating when you go for convenience and fast food takes 30 minutes…

I was here with my 2 girls (3 and under) and the gentleman that was bringing us our food noticed us as soon as we walked in. He was so overly helpful from getting a high chair, bringing our food, checking in on us here and there. Overall great experience and such a sweet older gentleman.

I avoid this location due to consistently poor quality and smaller than advertised portions when compared to other CFAs. This is particularly noticeable if you compare their breakfast items and the fried chicken filet or nugs to other locations. I recommend visiting Bear or the Ogletown-Stanton location instead!

Im not sure what the popularity is about, the spicy chicken wasn't really spicy, or thermally hot, either. You would think a place so popular wouldn't serve cold food. Oh and just before you judge, I go through drive thru, but I dont wait to eat. So I'm not saying it was cold when I got home. It was cold when they gave it to me. That aside, I don't really have anything positive or negative really. Just an unremarkable experience. But I guess if you enjoy the food, besides it's not much of a stretch to be better than most other fast food places.

Food was good…as usual forgot the sauce I asked for but luckily I checked the bag before leaving. Tenders seem so much smaller but no big deal. My main gripe is with the drive thru guy. By no means do I need or expect ecstatic customer service and “my pleasure “ a bunch of times…but wow. This time there was just “what?”…”huh??”…and “you’re good” when my card went through. Usually this place is very friendly and it looked like the other workers were smiling and going through the normal friendly rigamarole. Just caught this dude on a bad night but to be honest it kinda ruined the experience. It would be one thing if the line was 30 deep during rush hour as that surely can be hectic. But it was pretty slow and steady Saturday night so who knows? Good sandwich though 😬

The food is great and very well cooked and fresh. The bad part is there's 75% of the time a wait of atleast 5-10 minutes.
Parking: 25+ free parking spots. Including parking spots of walmart.
Kid-friendliness: Safe place for kids and clean environment and friendly staff and people every time I've been there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Front entrance wheelchair accessible.
