Ordered a burrito, chips, and queso on Uber Eats. The chips were missing so I decided to eat the queso with my own chips but the queso was room temperature and bland. Then, I tried the burrito and it was bland as well. I tasted the chicken independently and I could tell that it was completely unseasoned.

I ordered a burrito bowl with extra steak and one bowl with extra lettuce and received neither. I found fajita veggies, beans and corn on my bowl which is clearly not what’s in my bowl as shown in the picture. On top of that, I found hair in my food. The WORST chipotle I’ve been to as far as instructions.

After a long day at work, I thought a nice chipotle bowl would be great, but instead I got bad customer service, horrible portions. When I inquired about the measly portions bearly a quarter of the bowl, he began to mansplain rudely. I threw the food away. That is how bad it was. Will never recommend or return.
Ordered 3 carnitas tacos, one of the tacos was scarce on protein, asked the lady to make it even, she proceeds to take some meat from the other tacos to make it even. What a magic place.

Oh my, this place has fallen off! This is my second trip to the Elkton Chipotle in two weeks, and both times my “double steak burrito bowl” had ALL BURNT steak. It’s either burned, or the grill is filthy. Either way, I paid $17+ for a bowl today that I guarantee no one in the kitchen would have ate. I had to throw out all of the steak and eat the rest of the bowl because I didn’t have time to return it (I’m on lunch break). After removing the steak, you could still taste the disgusting char on the rest of food in the bowl. Ended up throwing about half of the entire bowl away.
This is unacceptable. What’s even more insane is that they packaged this burnt food up and gave it to me, likely knowing it’s going to taste horrible. How can a chipotle fall off faster than it was built? This chipotle is maybe three years old and the quality is abysmal. Go to the Newark chipotle if you must!
