Ordered a carne asado burrito bowl with fajita vegetables, sour cream,cheese, beans and salsa...what i got was a bowl of rice with no protein other than beans, and cheese. That's it...nothing else in the bowl. Last time I order here.

I placed an order online. I get home I have no guacamole or queso. Instead of queso there is sour cream splattered all over the bowl. I absolutely can not stand sour cream so I has to end up everything off the top. Then I learned that I got white rice instead of brown. If you don’t have what I ordered then give me a refund. Don’t give me nothing and give me what I don’t want. A whole 20 dollars down the drain for nothing. Ive never had anything wrong here and im severely disappointed.

Usually I’d give this one a 4/5. But I show up on a Saturday at 1130 am. 30 minutes after opening. They have no cheese. How the hell are u open 30 minutes and still have no cheese? Most places have employees there b4 they open. But this one couldn’t figure out how to get the most used ingredient for atleast over an hour of being there? Thanks for wasting our gas n time over something easily solvable. “Incompetently ran”

It's 1.5 hours until closing, and they don't have greens, apparently they were just too lazy to cut more, everything doesn't look appetizing and everything is quite dirty, sour cream in pieces of food, how cute women are, how do you keep your home comfort at home, have a conscience.

Came in around 8:30pm and was helped by this blonde girl. I received literally 10 pieces of chicken in my bowl if that. So I asked for more because I’m not paying that much for a bowl with 10 pieces of chicken. She still didn’t give me that much so I asked another worker to put more in my bowl since obviously she was rationing this chicken for some odd reason. Anyway I went to pay and after checked my receipt and saw she decided to charge me for extra chicken ?? Then we also noticed that my boyfriend was charged for extra steak when he literally never asked for or received extra. It seems like she was just upset that the 10 pieces of chicken weren’t enough for me the first time, and decided to take it out by charging us extra. Just unprofessional, weird, and ultimately rude. This location is usually very good so I was surprised by this encounter. We did get refunded for the extra meat.

They didn’t put my taco in a bowl as preferred even though other locations will!!! Very disrespectful and I was very disappointed.
Chipotle supposed to close at 11:00 pm. Why my family and I went there to get food. We got inside before closing. All food is packed up but the doors are still open. How does that work! I’m trying to understand that. Very disappointed with that location. We order all the time through DoorDash. We will not be going here anymore or ordering.

I had a good experience here today as I was picking up food for my daughter. My daughter sent me a text message of what she wanted I wasn't sure how to order so one of the employees said she could just look at the message. Well she did and she made the bowl so fast and then the other 2 women that were up at the register were so helpful and kind. I will definitely be going back the name on my receipt was jasmine I didn't get the others names but it was around 1230 1 pm

Came through the drive thru to get food and the girl was so unnecessary rude. We repeated mobile order two times and she proceeded to ask again and when she asked she rolled her eyes? I work at fast food place and we certainly don’t act like this. Rude and ugly.

Ordered a burrito, chips, and queso on Uber Eats. The chips were missing so I decided to eat the queso with my own chips but the queso was room temperature and bland. Then, I tried the burrito and it was bland as well. I tasted the chicken independently and I could tell that it was completely unseasoned.
