I've eaten at many a CB...... food was not as good as usual, server was "new" perhaps my wife and I had to ask for everything including napkins, refills etc. Waitress was pleasant enough just not on her 'A' game.

Ordered my Easter Dinner from Cracker Barrel received email confirmationUpon arrival for to go pick received another confirmationAfter 10 minutes or so a staff came out to the car looking for an order numberI gave it to her and went into the restaurant as she said She was unable to find the orderAfter another 20minutes I was told they can’t find it and were recook itAn hour later I was brought my orderUpon unpacking the order at home I saw the macaroni and cheese was not baked at allI was not informed of thisI had to heat up the oven and finish cooking the Mac and cheese 45-50 minutes laterThe other items we’re getting cold as I cookedThe mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold and without any seasoningOur 4pm dinner was not eaten till after 6pmThe store manager offered a refund and apologizedThen he called me back and offered me one free dinner at my next visitI was not satisfied and he said his manager Nevada would call me back later that night or on MondayNo call was ever receivedI called and left a message about my experience to the hospitality department I was told to wait up to 5 days for a responseThe 5 days came and went without any response.Please think long and hard before trusting this business with your families mealThis is not my first disappointment from Cracker Barrel but it is my LAST!

Food was cold when we received it. Had to wait forever to place our order and mind you there was just a few customers in the restaurant. Some food items were forgotten. My steak was nothing but fat. I had soda spilled on me and nothing was said no I’m sorry no are you okay

Got takeout chicken fried chicken dinner and the chicken didn’t taste like it was done allThe way. They left out the gravy on the chicken and my wife got the same thing and said this chicken don’t taste like it’s done.. I hope we both don’t get sick. Everybody just beware of chicken when u order there

The meatloaf platter could have been a little hotter . Besides that my daughter’s meal and my meal was delicious. Service was great atmosphere clean and friendly.

It all started off very nice. Our waitress was kind and patient. Then wrong sides were given and people had to wait forever to get their food. The waitress had a bit of an attitude. The manager was called and he was very nice. The silver lining was we only got charged for four meals and was not charged for drinks :) The food was delicious as always:)
