I love the service here. They are very friendly and the manager is very understanding and very nice. This is the only dunkin I will go to in elkton.

Service with a LOUSY attitude!! The woman just stared at me and never even asked me what I wanted. After making my coffee she literally slammed it on the counter and walked away. NEVER AGAIN will I stop here in my travels! If you don't like your job it's not the customer's fault. Just too many nasty people in this world.

i was in the drive thru placing more order. i was asked twice “give me a second” in which i was being patient. when the lady asked what i wanted in my iced coffee speaking normally i wouldn’t say i was talking fast. she told me i need to slow down and that she had told me 3 times that their systems are down. she didn’t tell me one time that they were working on the systems. how was she taking my order if you working on the systems. very rude and i did not deserve the disrespect. i did not give her negativity in return, or to begin with. she needs to remember that you never know what someone is going thru. it was the older lady who used to wear i mask. i come here often and hadn’t had a problem until this month. the girl i dealt with this time had worked here for a while but when i came here on sunday, it was 2 newer people had nasty attitudes and didn’t say a word to me.

I am surprised this store is as quiet and clean a it is for the area it is in. The food is always fresh and delicious. The employees always give my dog a treat without me even asking for one. Employees are always friendly. Highly recommend

If I could give it no stars I would always go here because it’s close to where I am at but today was a little different went here with my husband ordered my coffee and he was using the bathroom and I had to use the bathroom i don’t lock the door for personal reasons and an employee walks in and saw me when I was getting finished so I washed my hands and waited for my husband and while I am standing there I hear the employees talking smack about how she just walked in on me and saw my butt and stuff so I stood there for a minute listening then went up front and grabbed my coffee and told them I don’t lock the door and thanks for talking smack about me and left then they said something to my husband while he was leaving about me and all hell broke loose but I wouldn’t go back here they are always slow the drive thru is even worse seven employees and still wait ten minutes for a medium coffee and their employees talking smack about their customers especially when they don’t know the reason I don’t ever lock a door when I use a public bathroom
