Personally as a regular customer I think Dunkin Donuts have the best coffee. Along with there 6 dollar meal.

Just want to shout out everyone working today.. we had a nasty storm last night and when we came the computers were not working and immediately I thought it would be a nightmare.. it was not we were greeted outside by a man who took our order. The line was moving and even though all of this was going on my order was correct and everyone was super friendly and smiling. They could have closed or had an attitude about adjusting but they figured out how to keep everything moving.

After moving to a new area, I had to switch Dunkin locations and I was skeptical as not all Dunkin’s are the same. They made my drink perfect, food was made right & most importantly the associates were so kind!

Go inside and choose your donuts. You'll see small flies sitting on top of them. The flies especially liked sitting on the glazed donuts. We informed a clerk who showed no interest in the fly problem. We went into a different, spotless Dunkin and found that the 1st one just needed to keep the drive thru window closed to avoid having flies. Apparently, it's a known issue, but a gross one.
I have breakfast at DD several times a week from different locations . This is the worst wrap I've ever gotten. Nothing makes me angrier than to waste money on lousy food. So greasy can't even finish.

Service is absolutely terrible messed up my order after waiting almost 20 minutes in the drive through got an attitude from person in the window I will never come back to this Dunkin again some of these people need some training on customer service and how to do their job. And the fact that no one answers the phone is ridiculous to top it off my food taste like a chemical like they didn’t rinse something off or someone did something this place needs to be closed.
