Yes the food is great, soda machines are fun — all expected. What shocked me was how incredibly clean this place is. I mean spotless. When I arrived, everyone was cleaning — 3 people cleaning. Bathroom doors - not a spot- stainless steel doors (if you know, you know), bathrooms super clean! Not a speck of dirt. Floors clean. Counters clean! — everything. I enjoy Five Guys but they are so busy sometimes it’s a bit messy — not this place. Give these people a raise because WOW!

This is the first time I have EVER given 5 stars and my food was incorrect. Let me explain, I am so used to my burger coming with cheese on it, even when specifying I do not want cheese. Well my burger came with cheese and instead of apologizing and making a new one like every where else has, they did that, and then also offered a free milkshake for the inconvenience. Everyone who was working there this day was super friendly and accommodating.

I think 5 Guys has really out priced themselves lately. The food was ok, comparable to other locations but over $40 for two burgers, two drinks and splitting a fry is pretty crazy.
Food is good and everything is fresh. Prices a little more than others but the burgers are better too.

The guy and girl working the closing shift tonight are AMAZING. I had been driving for 7 hours and stopped by closer to closing than I would have liked. The employees were still so sweet and friendly. All smiles from both of them even though they’re probably both ready to head home. Not to mention my food was ready extremely fast.

So there is nothing wrong with the Mexicans and the cooks behind the counterThey do a superb job.There is this kid when I mean kid I mean a child or at least he acts like one. Now am not saying Austism should be an excuse for everything but when someone displace behavior or lower intelligence then u call it out. Or he may be a part of the alphabet community the way he behaves but their kid at the counter is helping you lose money and lose customers at this establishment.

We came here for burgers one Friday evening. We got what we wanted. We haven't been to a Five Guys since the pandemic and what I don't remember is the burger meat itself being so tasteless. If not for all the toppings, my burger would have just tasted like unseasoned ground beef.The price of the food absolutely did not match the high price tag.The service was great and the staff did a good job. Restaurant was clean.

Clean! Friendly! Yummy burgers every time! They fry them to order and have quality, unlimited toppings available. The fries are hand cut, perfectly cooked and tasty. Kids love to mix up their drinks with the coke machines and I love to snack on the roasted peanuts. ? I like to order on the app but you can walk in or even call.
