You should support your small businesses. That's something I stand by thoroughly, so I went out of my way to walk to Haiden's instead of ordering Dunkin like I was considering. However, while good, I don't think it's worth the detour if you aren't already passing by. I apologize for not taking pictures, but since I was wheeling around a personal cart I didn't have a hand free for my phone.This place is apparently quite popular, and looking at the interior you can see why. This business l has a warm, rustic feel to it; I spent my first few moments looking around instead of browsing the menu, and there were plenty of pieces of high-quality merchandise. I almost bought the pour-over maker they had on display! There was only one employee I could see, and she was relatively quick to greet me, staying up front until I finished looking at the menu. Speaking of which, there seemed to be plenty of food and drink options besides coffee, though I'm not able to provide a review on those. The cups they use are also very sturdy, and the straw I got to drink with was decently made for a disposable.Note: As a coffee enthusiast, this next bit might seem like geek talk, but I'll include it anyway. I got a hot honey breve. The coffee seems to be a choice blend, carrying pleasant earthy notes, a balanced level of acidity, and very little noticeable bitterness. The honey was light, enough of it there to taste, but not enough to take away from the actual coffee tasting experience.Now, given that, it was a real shame to find that the coffee had seemingly been sitting for a while. Not only was the coffee already favoring lukewarm when I initially got it, but my enjoyment towards the end was brutally ruined when I found a large number of grounds in my coffee; this quickly made the rest of the coffee bitter, and I had to throw out the last few ounces as a result. I felt really bad for tossing it out considering how good it was, but at that point it became unbearable. This is something you really wouldn't expect from such a nice place, especially after paying 7 dollars for a 20 ounce coffee with nothing but honey and half-and-half.Now, I can say the cream cheese danish I got somewhat made up for the unfortunate circumstances. It was decently priced, and had quite a bit of cream cheese without being too much.Overall, I'd say this is a decent place to go if you're passing through, but it should be noted there are other small-business coffee shops along the way. It has some really tough competition, but I'd say if the coffee were fresh it could probably stand out.Parking: The lines are a bit faded, as the building has been around for a while, but there's a relatively vast amount of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: While the lines are a bit faded for the no-parking area at the entrance, there is an entrance ramp able to accommodate smaller wheelchairs, though larger ones may not fit through the door. Speaking of, there is just a regular door at the front, so you will need help getting in and out.

I have been coming here regularly for over 2 years and just realized I have never left a review! Haiden's is the cutest local cafe with excellent, CONSISTENT drinks (and food). Something that has always been frustrating with other coffee shops is that one day a coffee may be more 'milk' and another more 'coffee', or one time 'too sweet' and the next time 'not sweet enough'. Haiden's is a breath of fresh air, knowing that every time I order (which is almost too often, lol), the drinks come out EXACTLY the same way. Additionally, the staff is incredibly kind and offer great customer service. I highly recommend Haiden's to everyone that comes through the area :) .
