I hired Hill Culinary for two of my wedding events in May 2022.My prior caterer backed out 6 weeks prior to the wedding. From my first interaction with Eriksson to through the conclusion of the event, I was completely blown away. Eriksson is a true gem of a human. He's excellent at what he does and his entire crew are just incredible humans. We had so much fun with all of them. The food was absolutely amazing, my guests are still RAVING about everything Hill Culinary served and I dream about those crab cakes on a weekly basis. I feel truly fortunate to have had this crew be apart of my wedding weekend. They were a huge contributor to the success of the event and I will always be grateful to every single member of that team.I will absolutely hire Hill Culinary for all of my catering events in the future.

Hill Culinary catered our 10/9/21 wedding at Chateau Bu De. Across the board all of our guests raved about the food as exceptional and the service outstanding! Of note, we asked the owner, Eriksson to create a number of cultural dishes (Spanish rice, roast pork, empanadas) and he took the time to study how they are made and nailed it! Also, for dinner we gave our guests a choice between crab cakes and beef short rib over creamy polenta and our guests commented how it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Hill Culinary exceeded our expectations and made our special day perfect. We will certainly be calling on them to handle all of our future catered events.

We recently connected with Hill Culinary for my mother-in-law’s 75th birthday celebration. Eriksson Hill, owner, was quick to reply to messages and sent catering package information immediately. He followed up frequently and helped us with all aspects of party planning. We had 70 people at Rockfield Manor and he and his team were well-prepared for an incredible party! From help with decorations, to assisting with last minute needs, to wonderful hand-crafted cocktails, the staff was phenomenal! We loved them all and see them as family after the incredible support and genuine care they took with every detail on what was a very special day! The food was incredible…beautiful charcuterie, meticulously prepared hors d’ oeuvres, delicious everything! No doubt we will be calling on them in the near future! Thank you Eriksson and crew!!

Eriksson took the time to understand our vision for the wedding and was readily available at anytime to help answer questions as we planned our wedding. Eriksson provided awesome bartender + friendly & professional staff which made the event go very smoothly. The menu was very delicious, cooked well and served hot! A few favorites from the crowd were the coconut shrimp, crab balls, mahi mahi and prime rib. We had a few vegetarians/vegans at the party and he helped create a flexible menu to accommodate them as well. Hill Culinary made for a very memorable experience and we would totally recommend them again! Cannot wait to try more menu items :-)

I was so lucky to find Eriksson and his team! After months of trying (and failing) to get quotes/contracts from other local restaurants/caterers for my “micro wedding” in North East, MD I found Hill Culinary and they saved the day.Eriksson is a true professional - responsive, considerate, communicative, and a fantastic chef. We asked for the food to be delivered cold and Eriksson was thoughtful enough to include reheating instructions! The food was delivered on time, reheated perfectly, and was most importantly delicious. I highly recommend the salmon, raw oysters, crab cakes, and Brussel sprouts - they were a hit with our families!
They catered our wedding of about 50. These guys rocked it! Food was delicious. Got so many compliments. Bar tender, Marshall, was a hit with the guests. Couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t thank them enough!
