I hired Hill Culinary for two of my wedding events in May 2022.My prior caterer backed out 6 weeks prior to the wedding. From my first interaction with Eriksson to through the conclusion of the event, I was completely blown away. Eriksson is a true gem of a human. He's excellent at what he does and his entire crew are just incredible humans. We had so much fun with all of them. The food was absolutely amazing, my guests are still RAVING about everything Hill Culinary served...
Today was my last day working with Erickson ( Hill Culinary ) and after 3 years and 9 months let’s just say this was the best working experience that I have ever had …. I will truly miss you , YOU WERE THE BEST! & I THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! Good luck!love , “Jo”
We had Hill Culinary cater our wedding at the Bohemia Overlook in June 2022 and they did a fantastic job! Some of our guests said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding! The entire staff was so fun and kind to everyone. One of the servers (I wish I remembered his name) was constantly checking on me to make sure I had my appetizers, food, a drink, and dessert. He was AMAZING and I so appreciated that extra love and attention on my wedding day as the Bride! <3
