My Mom and I went here on Friday May 30. We waited about 5 minutes for our menus. The food was okay. But the service was crappy. Our waiter kept refilling my drink but nerver asked my mom if she needed a refill on coffee. I had to ask someone else to bring brown sugar for grits. There was maybe 8 tables of people. We told them as we were leaving about the service. Where some of the staff started whispering as we were leaving. Needless to say that we will not be back.

This place is absolutely disgusting. First the wait for someone to just come take your order was about 15 minutes understand holiday kinda busy but there were several tables open so can’t say it was crazy busy. Second watching others come in about 20 minutes after you sit down order and get their food before your table and for it to be a larger table then yours we had 3 other table had 5. Waitress came to the table 1 time while we just sat and waited. Once we decided to just leave while walking out we informed the one waitress that we were leaving and that we had been sitting waiting for over 30 minutes she just said well whatever. This isn’t our first time here and it just seems like every time we come here the situation gets worse and worse. Staff could care less about the people as they are walking around eating while serving people their food. Management doesn’t seem to care that people would rather just go elsewhere than to deal with the super unprofessional staff they have. The floors don’t look like they have been cleaned in weeks table are wiped down with dirty rags that make the table smell and is sticker after they wipe it down then when you first sit at the table. Used to come here frequently but I think this just did us over and I don’t see us ever returning. Shame it used to be a great place to go just don’t know what happened and what made this place go down hill as bad as it has over the past couple years.

Great breakfast experience! We had so much food .... Good thing we came in hungry. Service was great and food came out quickly. French toast was excellent. Tasty fresh eggs prepared just right. We'll be back!

I ordered a hot dog with everything my hot dog came out cold the bun was hard as a rock it looked like they just threw stuff on it it was nasty never will I order that again to waste of money

First of all my husband and I have been eating here for a few years now and it has always been good. Well last week we went there for dinner. My husband ordered the prime rib (medium well, you know a little pink in the middle) well it came out very well done. Sent it back and got a new one cooked just right. So tonight (March 20, 2025) we go for dinner. My husband ordered the prime rib, asking for medium well and again it comes out very well done (black on the outside and over cooked on the inside). We nicely told the waitress to send it back and have a new one made. The next thing we know is the owner bringing the plate back to the table. He tells us that it is cooked the way we wanted and he is losing money from us because we send it back and he was not going to make a new one. He even told us to start eating some place else for now on. My husband said that we will start going to the other Jojo’ s in Chesapeake city. The owner asked what did he say so my husband repeated it again. The owner grabbed my husband plate and my plate and I am quoting his exact words “Get the hell out”. The juice that was on the plate with the prime rib flew all over the place and just missed me. The owner of the Elkton Jojo’s is so rude to paying customers. I am telling you , DO NOT go there. You can get better service and food at the Jojo’s in Chesapeake City. I DO NOT recommend going to Jojo’s in Elkton, MD
They provide excellent service. Very friendly staff. And the food is served very quickly.

I visit JoJo's super dogs on a regular basis and every time the service is wonderful and the food is delicious. I have never had a single bad experience at this restaurant.

Great wait staff, good food and good portions. Wife and I enjoy and recommend them for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Environment reminds me of the local diners I grew up going to in the '70s very social atmosphere.
