Do not go to this KFC if you can at all avoid it the order is never correct. I’ve ordered several times. I’ve lived up here for seven years and when my order is actually correct it’s a shock.

Two years ago I gave this KFC a 1 Star rating. I'm again giving them another 1 star rating. I ordered three meals. They completely goofed up my order. I requested 3 piece meal (1 breast & 2 wings extra crispy), I got 1 leg & 2 thighs original recipe!!!!! I got a kids meal of 5 nuggets, 1st these nuggets are about the size of a nickel 2nd my kid didn't like them, he loves nuggets but refused to eat any after the 1st one. The 3rd meal was OK according to the person eating it (his 1st time to KFC). I went thru drive-thru and noticed that the entire parking lot needed to be cleaned up, I'm not talking about just a few pieces of trash. It kind of makes you think if they can't keep their lot clean what does the store look like!!!! I gave them a second chance, but I won't be going there again which is a real shame because I really like KFC chicken.

I ordered the Fan favorite box and kid you not, THREE pieces of chicken was missing. I was supposed to get 4 and only got 1 Thigh!!! I looked through all the boxes and bags and nowhere to be found. Was supposed to storm later that day so I couldn't even send my fiancé back to them. Thankfully the app had given me free food so there was enough food for everyone. Check your food before you leave!

However, Jaylen was amazing and she handled everything with ease and her customer service is the best I’ve seen in a long time in fast food. This was the nasty fast food place I have ever been to. The landscape, the floors, the bathrooms, the inside, and the food. Food was disgusting. This place needs to be closed.
I have complained many times about them not changing their grease enough and how the taco shells have tasted like pure metal absolutely horrible! I don't know how they stay open! And the weight is horrible you will wait at least 20 minutes. No one at that KFC cares about the job and what it entails.
