This is the worst food I have ever been bought from KFC. It took 30 minutes to get the chicken and it was cooked in bad oil. I bought 1 pinto and cheese and the beans were so dry and no sauce. I had to add cheese, salt and sauce to the beans. I threw the chicken away.

The place is horrible. I have been sitting in the drive through line three cars in front of me for 30 minutes. They must get all of the rejects from all of the other fast food restaurants.

Food looks like it came out of the toilet, tacos are wet and fall apart due to it being soaked, nacho fries appear to have been placed in the container then seasoning hit lightly on the top fries, forgot my daughters Mac and cheese. I know it's "fast food" but in today's world, why does the consumer pay high prices for poor execution. Not pleased and keep kicking myself by stopping there in a pinch.

If I could rate a zero I would. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a meal. Pulled up to take a fry & piece of chicken out the box and it was burnt and dark. I parked and went inside and asked for a refund and the person upfront pointed to a sign that’s on the counter and NOT in the drive thru that says they don’t refund if you aren’t satisfied with your order and that they would replace. If you messed up my order why would I want anything else from you? No manager came to dress my complaint. Second of all I was told they had fresh chicken coming up and they was remaking it. I watched chicken being taken right out the the chicken case and I assumed it was redropped because the entire inside of my box, fries and biscuit was greasy and soggy. I will Never shop there again and I will be contacting the Health Department for the mishandling of food.

Is this an April fools joke? I ordered 5 tacos and they came with BARELY any meat. None of them were filled. This is the second time I've ordered from here, and I wasn't surprised to see the hundreds of 1 star ratings this place has.
As for the other two people I was with, their chicken breast was fresh, however their chicken legs seemed like they were thrown in a microwave or some sort.
I'm surprised this place is still going even after the terrible reviews. Learn to do better.
Sidenote: the bathrooms have no paper towels and the drink dispensers are dirty. If you're gonna eat at taco bell, go an extra 5 miles because they do so much better and give exactly what you paid for.

The service was awful. I ordered and the food didn’t come to 40 minutes later. I asked them the status of my order and they said they are making it. Meanwhile I saw the drive through moving super quick.
The food was ok, the bathrooms were terrible. Not sanitary.
Kid-friendliness: It wasn’t very kid friendly, we had kids waiting for food for 40 minutes.
It’s chicken and tacos. There should be no wait times. It’s not that hard. I just walked out cause he said there was a long wait time on tacos lol maybe get better employees

No self serve for the sauces. No refund policy. Chicken was bland and not crispy, didn’t get a biscuit in my box, mash potatoes had a weird flavor, only upside was my food came quick.

Sat and waited 30 minutes for food that wasn’t even right! Asked for no lettuce on my sons tacos and they all had lettuce! My. Fiancée went in to ask about our food and it was sittingon the counter ready! Therefore it was all cold!$65 for cold food made incorrectly! Tried calling the restaurant and all I get is a busy signal for an hour straight!
