My wife ordered crazy bread with extra parmesan and cooked less. They gave us crazy bread out of the hot hold case and just put more garlic butter and Parmesan on it. It was the worst crazy bread I've ever seen; dried out and burnt. I went back up and showed her what it looked like and at first she pretended she couldn't understand me. She understood my wife just fine when she placed the order. She then said my manager said that we have to give the old stuff first. I was than told they were now too busy to make it how I wanted when I had ordered it 20 minutes prior. On top of that, the crazy bread I returned she just stuck right back in the hot hold case for the next customer to order it. She did ultimately cook the order how I wanted it because I would not drop it. While we were waiting for it, she kept on Staring my wife down looking very pissed off. After it was done she kind of ignorantly came out, said is this fine. We sat there for another 10 minutes waiting for her to bag it up. I ordered the Extramostbestest Sausage and it had maybe 15 pieces of sausage total on it with very little cheese. I ordered Pepperoni with extra cheese which also had no cheese at all on and was overcooked. The sauce and the cheese on both pizza's didn't even come within 2 inches of the edge of the crust, very stingy and cutting back on ingredients. We will never be back to this location, hoping People's Plaza in Delaware is better. It's pretty bad when we'd rather drive to another state to hopefully get better Pizza. I wrote to Little Caesar and have not heard back from them, yet!

I googled when they closed, which it says 10pm. It was 9:30 and they’re 5 minutes from me. I got there by 9:40 and the employee who was mopping the floors locked the doors as soon as I walked up to them, mouthing that they’re closed ! Please shut this place down, they only care about their hourly wages

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but I have tried this Little Cesars multiple times since change of management/staff and it has not gotten better. Each time I go, the food is stale from sitting in the heater for too long or undercooked/raw. There is never nice or attentive service when you walk in and they seem understaffed. It’s truly a shame that this used to be a better place to get food. 2/10 recommend

Pizza was raw, explained why she said 5 minutes, i thought ,what. Cashier could not under stand English. Gave them another try, got wrong pretzel pizza, got red sauce not what I ordered. Stupid me, tried one more time, raw, not even warm, learned my lesson. Use to be good, seems like since new people running it, last few months, it terrible. Will not be going back!

Nothing like coming home to see ur pizza is so thin theres holes in the crust , and with the crust being so thin you would think the dough would be cooked. But no its raw and unacceptable.
Always the best pizza and customer service...this is take out only pizza place....I order ahead and its always on time and fresh but usual wait depends on peak time if a lot are already waiting before you etc.

Food made by the guy on shift on Sunday , June 22 was amazing. The one star comes from the lady who 1. Was high on some sort of drug. 2. Was rude 3. Had air pods in so couldn’t hear our order at first 4. Gave me a frozen “cookie dough brownie” instead of cooking it because she forgot it and didn’t wanna cook it. They need to fire this lady and give the guy who cooked the food a promotion. Happened on day June 22nd at 8pm.

Used online app. Accidentally left work address instead of my home address for delivery. My mistake. THERE MISTAKES AS FOLLOWS. CALLED NUMBER FOR DELIVERY ISSUES. TOLD THEY COULD NOT CHANGE. TOLD ME TO CALL OR MESSAGE DOOR DASHER. NO RESPONSE. SENT CORRECT ADDRESS TO LC AND DRIVER. NO RESPONSE. WATCHED TRACKING OF DRIVER GOING TO MY WORK AT 8:33 pm . TEXT ME FINNALLY AND SAID WHERE AM I. I TEXT BACK THE CORRECT ADDRESS. NO RESPONSE. CALL BACK TO THE PROBLEM LINE AT LC. TOLD MY STORY AGAIN. THEY SAID DRIVER GAVE IT TO ME. I EXPLAINED NO!. GIVE ME A REFUND.
