Their self order machine took my order and my payment. Immediately after, it crashed. I waited for my order, but it never came. So I talked with the manager, who was very rude and would not give me my order nor a refund of $31.

I'm a big fan of the McDonald's in Elkton! It's a fantastic spot for my kids to burn off energy, and the food is always delicious and affordable. What really impresses me, though, is the cleanliness and exceptional customer service. The employees are always willing to lend a helping hand, making our visits even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this location!

The service @ this place almost completely, albeit faithfully; epically horrible. They're always backed up despite appearing fully staffed. They refuse to acknowledge customers & delivery drivers. I think there's only been 1 or 2 times I've gone in & not seen a congregation of folks reminiscent of a 'black Friday' line (of old).

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location. Usually always breakfast time too. Couple weeks ago we ordered sec McGriddles. For some odd reason they put the muffin eggs on them. Gross, we were told if they have more of one kind they will use that instead. That shouldn’t be the case if that’s not the advertised ingredients. Well that was returned and the manager ended up replacing with lunch instead. Thought we would try one more time today. Well they got the eggs right this time… but decided to cut them in half. 1/2 and egg on each sandwich. Almost $6 for a sandwich with half an egg?! Will definitely refrain from ever getting breakfast from here again.

Ordered 2 apple pies, was told it would take 10 minutes to make cuz they didn’t have any ready or cooking at all. So I said ok, 14 minutes later …. Had to back up from the 3rd window to the 2nd n was told they just came up, so a full minute later he brings them to the window, as I drive away I look in the bag…. Still just 2 pies. Like u guys don’t have your stuff ready. It’s not made within the time frame that’s given n u can’t even throw an extra one in there to say “ sorry we messed up”? Apparently not. I guess the McDonalds 2 and a half miles down the road is the only ones that do that. The staff is great at 645 am but this time, left a bad taste in my mouth.
