New way to Loot money from people... The size of Nuggets is same BUT the size of sauce is down by 1/3. Now they have started charging EXTRA for sauce because they know that the new size is not enough for the amount of nuggets and they can LOOT the people and make Money. An ABSOLUTE NEW LOW for company like McDonald's...who calls themselves a True American Company... BRAVO..

Doordash thinks this is still open... It's closed and never reopening, it's been two weeks now.

They always close 2 hours before 10pm. Every time I’m in Walmart and try to grab a burger and fries on my way out they have the gates closed at 8pm! One time I got in because it was cracked open just enough to walk threw and the lady asked me if I was an Uber pick up and I said no I’m trying to place a order she told I can’t take your order you have to order online. So I downloaded the app ordered online payed online went in to pick my order up for her to tell me she didn’t have almost all of my order that she’d give me 50 nuggets instead?? No I want what I order ! She made the excuse that she just cleaned the grill and wasn’t making no more burgers….. what????? Since when does McDonald’s not make burgers? I will never order from their store no more! FYI this has happened multiple times to me and it always the same girl in there at night between 6-10pm. This has been happening for the past few months every time I try to buy food from them Jan. Feb. march. 2024

I’d like to say the management, cleanliness and overall customer service is disgusting. I don’t expect much as it is just McDonald’s but I placed an order using the self serve kiosk only to hear from the two cashiers that ,” the manager walked away and has been gone for 20 minutes and she is the only cook so there’s nothing we can do as of now” the manager comes walking in from the bathroom. Only to walk back to the kitchen and seen her touching food, then her phone repeatedly. While one guy prepared a customers coffee without putting any gloves on. I understand how hectic business can be but this was definitely disgraceful

I was literally the only person there… I ordered a fish filet meal. I waited easily over 10 minutes and decided to look to see what was going on and noticed the woman in the back was prepping her own food to take home with her when she got off. Watched her make it perfectly and then put it in a Tupperware Togo container. After she was finished which was an additional 5 minutes later she turned around to the other female employee and ask “what did he order?” That’s when they finally began to make my food. As I was waiting, 3 other people came up and left bc they weren’t even being greeted. I couldn’t believe how disrespectful it was. I’ll never in my life but anything from there again.
