I ordered food through the app, picked it up in store and ate inside the McDonald's. The store was very clean. It was quiet in the store. Besides me only a man with his daughter.
Staff was extremely friendly. Food came out within 3 minutes and was fresh and hot. While I was there, they probably prepared a cholocate milkshake for a customer by mistake or that customer changed his mind after ordering and they offered me that milkshake for free. Never had that before and I thank them for that. It not only prevents food waste, it also creates a happy customer, who was already pleased with the quality of the meal. It was way better than most other McDonald's locations, and I have been to hundreds of them. Highly recommend.

Everytime I go to this mcdonalds they try to give me a full cup of ice with some soda sprinkled on top. It's happened enough that i know management tells them to do that. They also do not fully honor the whole mcdonalds app. I came here a little while back and you couldn't use the app at all. Now you can use the basic coupons but not all. I've been up and down the east coast and never found another mcdonalds that doesn't fully honor the app and want inside six flags or something. Find mcdonalds that's cares enough to save you a little money. I only come here when I have no other choice as I'm a truck driver and it's truck parking near

We either caught them on a good day or this gotta be the nicest McDonalds in Maryland (or anywhere, really) that we’ve ever been to.
Roadside pit stop, just a hop and skip off the interstate. Squeaky clean — even the bathroom was spotless; a remarkable feat in general.
They were a little slow on the food despite it being empty; a bit disorderly with the mobile orders, but it all came out right and soon enough.
As tidy as it is, the nearby Motel 6 riffraff still meandered their way over and made a mess — but to that end, this McD’s staff does a good job keeping up.

Don’t ever go this McDonalds they always mess my order up even after I correct them they still get it wrong they are trash don’t ever go here ever they do not care about you or your food and they gave my the same pancake I returned I left a little slice in the pancake and guess what made its way back after I ask for steak and a folded egg and they gave me pork , I return it and they gave me a scramble egg they always mess my order up and I hope something really changes about this place cause there customer service is trash and they way they treat you is trash

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the Better McDonald’s Locations
This McDonald’s was actually a pleasant surprise. I received my food very quickly, and everything was cooked well and served hot. The staff was friendly, polite, and seemed to stay on top of things, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable.
The restaurant itself was decently clean and organized — a noticeable step up compared to many other locations. Overall, this is definitely one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to, and I’d gladly stop by again.

Stopped in on a roadtrip expecting consistency and standards. We ordered on the kiosk to go. Order was messed up, and cold. Staff was cussing and lacked care. There was someone playing music on a speaker and loitering in the bathroom. Felt uncomfortable. Keep driving to the next one.
We ordered a snack wrap meal (ranch) and a single snack wrap (gold sauce) they made all 3 ranch. When we went in they made us go back to the truck and bring in all 3 snack wraps to show and prove they messed up the order. Now every snack wrap has been reopened and is now cold and messy. They did remake the wrap for us....chicken nuggets were stale and cold. Very dissappinting.
Managers need better customer service communication. Manager Amber was extremely rude to a pay customer that only want to ask a question. It started a bigger issue than it needed to be because she has a smart mouth.

They kicked me out just because I sat for more than 30 minutes. It’s the most disgusting place — people shouldn’t eat at places like this at all.
