Hadn't been to McDonald's in long time. $18 for a meal. They initially forgot my fries and messed up my burgers. Never eating at McDonald's again. McDonald's was supposed to be a cheap option but i can spend less for better quality food elsewhere. It's McDonald's so the food is what it is but that price for crappy food is outrageous. Was in a hurry, starving, wife with baby in hospital is only reason i settled for it. I'd rather starve than spend hard earned money on McDonald's.

Paid with a ten and was told I paid with a 5. I didn't even have a 5 dollar bill. I called to talk to the manager but after 10 attempts nothing. Call 800 number and they couldn't contact the manager for me. If I wasn't at work I would go back. This is stupid I just need the manager to count the cash drawer.

horrible customer service can’t read properly or use basic customer service skills, doesn’t know how to cancel an order on there own app, wrong food items and item quantity, management should be fired for treating customers the way they do. 1/26/25

It's McDonald's what can I do really say about it? It's no better or no worse than any other McDonald's that I have ate at. It's not been really busy anytime that I have been there.
Still missing my Espresso Coffee. I did get my Egg McMuffin Meal, though. It is still Hit & Miss in finding a McD still serving Espresso Drinks. Hope they fix those Pressure Relief Valves on their Espresso Machines.
