I was not pleased that the person preparing the food was not wearing gloves or a hair net. When I spoke with the manager about both issues, I was told that she “hears that all of the time” and that “neither are required because of the oven temperature the food is cooked”. I worked in food prep service for over 10 years. I’ve never known it to be true that hair/beard coverings are “not required”. I prefer Pizza Hut pizza over all other pizza establishments. The food tasted fine, but I will not be going back to this location in Elkton, Maryland due to the way they prepare their food.

Horrible service. They don't even offer dine in you have to order your food and then have the option to sit down and eat it. Food was subpar and not even cut when they brought us the pizza. Dining room was dirty and couldn't tell you the last time the tables or anything was cleaned. Honestly shut the place down already

This place used to have a waitress and unlimited soda to drink, not saying I was drinking a lot but enough to sit with my family and enjoy the food. Now it's pay for the bottle and self-service. I used to enjoy coming here with my family, but it seems like they don't want to keep this pizza hut running or something. Honestly, it's just sad.

Usually a pretty good Pizza Hut. Sometimes a little inconsistent. I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza here last week with extra sauce. There were not a ton of pepperoni and they mixed the regular pepperoni with the cup pepperoni (not what I ordered or wanted) and there was barely any sauce. It wasn’t terrible, but just not what I expected. I ordered the same pizza from the North East location tonight and it was perfect.

Ordered through app on couple of occasions and the app put it in for pick up rather than delivery. They argued untill I pointed out that there was a tip for the driver. They were kind enough to deliver order.?? . I will not use their App again. I then wanted to call them and place a delivery but when I went to do so, I was directed to a call center. I'm done ordering from here and would rather take my business to another local pizza shop.
