I do see the difference in this Pizza Hut and the one on Biggs highway. Ya need to step it up. This time around the pizza was not cooked right plus my one pizza was a hot mess cut into tiny pieces and big pieces. Dont be so careless. You don’t know if this was my last meal. I won’t be back to this location.

Places my order on Saturday Oct 25th. Then I had to wait 30 minutes for my order because Ryan wanted to take his sweet time not allowing the kid that was next to him do anything. This man should be fired or never be allowed to work another pizzahut again. If it was the kid. He would have had my order done fast like he normallly does. Coming from Near Wilmington my food was disgusting when I got home. Do better. I will call to ask if Ryan is working from now on before I order.

Had to order off a paper menu . Must items crossed off menu. Bathroom woman's nasty trash everywhere. Had to bus our table. Wait time was ok . Hard to get into park lot. Opens around 10:30am . Can eat in but I would order to go next time. Poor woman on the cashier and doing everything herself blessed her heart. Pizza hut has loss it's old self. No bar salad dark and bored and low light no music playing older booths and wooden tables. Can only get drinks in bottles no pitchers of soda or foundation drinks.

It was definitely different experience then the good old days. Was give paper menus that you could hardly read the ink on told sit anywhere when you decide what you want come up and place your order. They have no fountain sodas so you have to buy a 20oz or a 2 litter bottle. They did at least bring the food table side. However they want you to bust your own table at the end. What has become of pizza hut and there values?
Went here in Oct 2nd. It was a Thursday around noon. They only had one person on duty, and she had to do everything. Good way to over work people. Won't be coming back here until you respect your employees.

Pizza Hut in elkton even though it is low on foot traffic the place was clean and well maintained. The staff was warm and friendly! I especially wanted to draw attention to the cashier, I didn’t catch his name but he went out of his way to serve us and make the overall experience a pleasant one. Cecil county go make your way back over there like it’s 1999.
Ordered food. They never bothered making it. Just turn the building into a cash loan place and order dominoes

Not sure if its just this style, but its dry. It tastes like someone ran it through the oven, let it sit in a warmer for an hour and then ran it through the oven again before throwing it in the box. Theres no sauce. It tastes like a soggy but stale cheezeit idk i cant explain it. None of us ate it. Not the places fault i think its just this style of pizza. But it really tastes recooked at the same time. Idk bro
