Went there around 715pm for dinner and we were waiting for 25mins without a single “we will be with you shortly” didn’t get a single word out of the waitress but the little girl Grace I believe her name was walking up to her boyfriend who was sitting at the booth multiple times to check on him and flirting with him touching all over him taking care of him making sure his needs were met while we were just sitting there waiting so we got up and left! Luckily the nicer older lady had our back and also said something to Grace as well! Grace looked dumbfounded when I said something to her and also the older lady! We couldn’t even get drinks, the one time we chose to dine in and we get absolutely trash service…. It’s was just my family of three and Grace’s boyfriend who were dinning in….

Lady manager was screaming at her staff and when I called to complain she was very rude on the phone and I went in to get refund she walked around showing customers my pizza that I was complaining about very disappointed in this I order from seasons pizza all the time and never experienced anything like this

I like the food I get from this Seasons'. It's usually as ordered and is delivered in a timely manner. My issue is this - each time the delivery driver will hand me a gadget that looks like something used to accept payment from a credit/debit card. I tell the driver that I've already paid for the food, for the delivery and a service fee but I'm told it's to add a tip for the driver. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I feel like a cheap skate for not giving the driver more money but first of all I can't afford it and secondly, where does it end? What used to be a cheap treat has turned into an event where I first need to check my bank balance. I have asked several Seasons employees (including managers) what is a service fee, what's included in this fee. No two answers are the same and each one leads to more questions. Seasons, please be transparent with your fees. I may be willing to pay them if I knew they were legitimate.

I ordered my food thru Slice at 4:30 and it is now 6:30 and I still have not received my food. I called Seasons in Elkton and was told the driver was off during the time I made my online order. It will now take another 25 minutes for it to be cooked and delivered (obviously it wasn’t prepared when I ordered it) and I was not offered anything in return for the inconvenience. I think that’s my last order with that establishment.

I wish I could give no stars but I guess they deserve one for feeding my neighbors! So I place an almost $40 purchase online with this restaurant for delivery. Until today, I was a frequent customer ordering about 2-3 times per week. Long story short …delivery man messed up and they truly didn’t want to fix the problem. The store manager Beverly was unprofessional and tried to blame me for the situation. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!! She didn’t know how to speak and asked me to wait until the morning to speak to the owner… are you kidding me?? Furthermore, she refused to give me any names and hung up the phone on me. In my 46yrs. I have never been thru anything like this. I have yet to receive a refund and no food smh! I will be contacting a lawyer in the morning.

FOOD WAS FRESH AND DELICIOUS!! THE SALAD WAS VERY CRISP ( EVEN BETTER WITH THE RASPBERRY DRESSING ON IT)! DINNER SERVED VERY HOT, THE WAY I LIKE IT!!!! BEST PLACE IN ELKTON!! WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYTIME!!!!

Charlie made our food and it was delicious as always. Brittany was our waitress and she was on the ball with drink refills and stopped by to make sure all was good. Highly recommend this place, we have dinner there every Thursday night.
I just moved into the area and I'm working my way down the list of local pizza places to find my goto. I was pleasantly surprised. Way better than G's, which was rated higher but was disappointing.
