It's always a great experience visiting. I usually place my order in the app in advance. It's more convenient. However, I don’t appreciate how inconsistent the serving sizes are, especially for the fries/tots. I ordered a medium tot with my meal and literally counted only 8 tots. Other times, the medium is filled as it should be, so the inconsistency is frustrating. If I’m paying for a medium, I expect to receive a proper portion every time.

Had a free fry coupon with my purchase. Made my purchase and let them know I wanted my free fry coupon too. When I got to the window they only gave me my burger ( which when I opened it, it was wet? Gross ) I asked if I could still get my free fry and they started acting weird then some dude came to the window and told me I had to order it through the app. When I left I looked and it didn’t say that anywhere so the dude was just bullshitting. Pretty annoying. Don’t be lazy. Your job is easy.

Every once in awhile the burger doesn't taste fresh. But most of the time they get the smasher on point and that's what keeps me coming back. Every single person that brings the food to my car is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They always ask if there's anything else I need. I love the atmosphere. If you're not happy with the food, they will make it right.

Just had my wife go for a quick bite through the drive thru lane ordered a chili dog with no cheese and after 20 mins in the drive thru and 3 other cars pulled out a left got the hot dog with just cheese and looks yesterdays left overs , service is getting worse and worse no real management on hand to support the line and motivate but make accountability real. Would not go there for a lot of things and all on hand have a - could give a crap - attitude . Management is for sure missing in action and in training and recruitment this is what you get - can not even serve up a good Hot Dog What a shame !

Great burgers. Onion rings were disappointingly soft and not at all crispy. They also had a sweet funnel cake like flavor that I didn't really care for. Employees were very nice.
