Very unprofessional. No reason my brother should be there being disrespected and embarrassed. You guys need to close down. Ill be making sure the community knows of this. And so will his wife. Unexcusable. And most definitely unexceptable. Wish i could rate no stars. But unfortunately i cant.
The only place I know of with Blue goo soft serve which is the best!!!!! The kids liked the rainbow swirl soft serve option. Cash only is inconvenient, but what can you do.
We love this place, so many choices and flavors! Prices are fairly reasonable & customer service is great! I must note they ONLY ACCEPT CASH.
I have lived here for years and this is my first visit. I had no idea what I was missing!!! I had the oreo latte sundae in a waffle cone bowl....it was amazing!! The hot fudge took me back to childhood and one of the oldtime ice cream parlors. Great service and conversation! Amazing sundaes! And you can not beat the price.
If you haven't been, it is a must try!!
Great ice cream and great service! It cash only, but there is an atm at the laundry place across the street.
Love this place! They have such good ice cream - both soft serve (in a ton of flavors!) - and traditional hard ice cream, sundaes, beautiful waffle cones, etc. all at a very reasonable price, with really generous portion sizes. Just tried the strawberry cheesecake today and it was unbelievably tasty! I will come back again and again.
Great sundaes, friendly family owners!
Online says open until 9pm, showed up at 3:30pm on a Saturday & they were closed. Very disappointing.
Soft serve ice cream lacked flavor, same with vanilla. The chocolate jimmies were very sparce for a coating. Would not recommend for soft serve. Regular ice cream might be better.

The customer service was horrible as a black woman you will not be condescending and I order from you. It’s confusing how the things are on the menu I informed her it’s my first time and ran dow 3 cones and the way she was condescending I walked back to my car

Rude management for the most part. Customers are not treated well. Prices are too high for Cecil county. It's mostly soft serve ice cream too, why is it expensive? I wanted this to be a regular visit place but I'd choose Rita's every time now.
Kid-friendliness: Heard stories about parents being denied service for having children clothed in swimsuits. Outside.

This is a family owned business that’s been around for years and years! The lady is the sweetest and she honestly takes pride in every sundae, swirl cone or sherbet that goes out that window! My kids grew up coming there as a weekend treat. I still frequent it every chance I can during season. I wish they’d stay open all year round. I’d be the crazy one ? in snow-boots, a sock hat and a puff coat standing outside that window still ordering a “Reese’s Pieces Sundae” no matter how many inches of snow was on the ground.! lol?God Bless em’ they sure do make the best ice cream around! ????
Parking: Plenty of parking

If your black or Hispanic you may want to go somewhere else.
Unfortunately I wish I could say otherwise but the Ice cream was great, not happy with the service. I was standing outfront by the benches when a trashy elderly women approached me and asked “can you pull up your pants” and as I proceed to do this out of respect for her and her establishment she felt the need to add “I mean that’s just ridiculous” I’d like to add, I do not typically sag my pants, my pockets were full weighing down my pants and I was sending a message on my phone so as I took a few steps, my pants started to sag a bit. She mentioned she “didn’t want kids to come up here and see that” so lets pretend that there isn’t people all around the area sagging there pants as it is, if I saw anybody walking up ( we were the only customers ) I would’ve checked myself and pulled my pants up. Either way, my point is, the word choice ridiculous was unnecessary and instead of arguing with me when I kindly and calmly expressed I found what she said rude, I would expect someone with any decent customer service skills to say something along the lines of “I’m not trying to be rude, that’s just now the image I want for my storefront” instead of calling me ridiculous while I’m in the middle of accommodating her request. Best part is, she was sitting right next to the window smoking a cigarette where “kids would come up”.
