Main reason for my review is the staff. Extremely friendly!! I walked in to grab my to go order off the counter and never once at other stores have I ever been greeted with Good Morning Justin, I hope you have a wonderful day! This was my first visit to this location and it just meant a lot that they knew my name on an order that was sitting on the bar with other orders. Made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer they try to hurry along. Highly recommend this store!

I have gone to this location only twice. The first time they got my drink completely wrong. Okay remade. Still didn’t come back drove to Newark instead. Today I gave it one LAST time. The lady through the drive through was RUDE and again not the correct drink. Will not go in and fix it will just not come back to this location. Seems they hire entitled little kids to work here.

About a month ago, I came in and ordered a spinach and cheese wrap through the website. I couldn’t take it with me because only one person was working, and another employee was sitting at a table chatting with a coworker instead of helping. I had to leave because I was getting late for work.
I came back again and ordered some bread, but I mistakenly selected two drinks. I asked one of the staff members if I could switch it, since the price was practically the same, but instead of being helpful, the girl didn’t do much to assist me.
I hope this message gets your attention and leads to an improvement in your customer service.

Never am I upset when I go to Starbucks. The beverages are portioned correctly, the simple food is delicious and I appreciate they provide calories for those trying to be healthy. With a copious amount of choices to select from your order will leave your satisfied.

There is a genius running this place who put stoppers on the legs of all the chairs so there isn’t that rasping scraping that happens whenever someone gets up or goes to sit down.

Picked up a doordash order for a customer and had no idea there was no lid put on this cup so the entire order leaked out the bag into my SUV and I had to bring the entire thing back. I asked them to remake it which they said they would. Told me 15 minutes and I am still standing here 45 minutes later and when I asked the girl behind the counter she got smart with me and told me she has no clue when they'll be able to even make this order that THEY Screwed up.

Everything from this Starbucks is so disappointing. My finance and I keep going back hoping “Itll be good this time” just to always be disappointed. The coffee never tastes good and the food is always undercooked. We go to any other Starbucks and order the same things- it’s good. I just don’t get it. Besides that, the people here are really nice but that’s not the reason we come- it’s for good coffee.

I get two Carmel latte a day started off getting them here but they only fill the cup up to a certain point a 16 oz is like 13 oz and there so expensive started going to Dunkin donuts get the same thing 5.04 vs 6.10 Carmel latte hot. Medium and sunken is actually taste better. I only come here when the Dunkin like is long and can't wait ..this place is totally to expensive

So disappointed went thru drive thru for just reg coffee was told machine was done so the cashier recommends another coffee which was supposed to be the same but cost me 6 bucks for a small.size them they put multiple pumps of sugar free flavor so it tastes like syrup. I DIDNT KNOW UNTIL deciding to drink on my closing shift at work it so ruined my day 🙃 😫 please.do better. I come here all the time .

I went to this location for the first time on red cup day (today) and it was a very disappointing experience. First I had to ask for the red cup, then the person had to ask me what I got as if she didn’t just hand me my drink (keep in mind I was the only person in drive-through and I seen one person inside which the drive thru lady was not assisting) - once I confirmed my drink, she proceeded to pull out iPad and see if the drink was eligible, I showed her on my phone on the Starbucks website. My drink was listed. She proceeded to scroll as if she didn’t hear me talking to her and then after she located it, she said, “OK - I just had to double check” and handed me a cup. This really was a disappointing experience to spend an extended amount of time in the drive-through on one of the days Starbucks overly advertises for enjoyment to kick off the holiday season. I will NEVER go to this location again.

I know they follow a recipe when making their drinks. But this was hands down the BEST Caramel Maciato that I've ever had the pleasure of drinking.
