I went to this location for the first time on red cup day (today) and it was a very disappointing experience. First I had to ask for the red cup, then the person had to ask me what I got as if she didn’t just hand me my drink (keep in mind I was the only person in drive-through and I seen one person inside which the drive thru lady was not assisting) - once I confirmed my drink, she proceeded to pull out iPad and see if the drink was eligible, I showed her on my phone on the...

I love Starbucks. Most of them I have been to are top notch. However, I would highly suggest staying away from the one in Elkton, MD. The store was filthy, the staff was horrible and three really do not like you coming inside. They want drive thru only. Manny times they lock the door during business hours and hang a hand shown sign that says, "please visit our drive thru". It is not good. The drive thru is always backed up and wait times are horrible. Just drive...
