I was absolutely stunned at the quality and hospitality this place has. I haven’t been here in a long time and the last time I was here I didn’t have a good experience, but now this place is absolutely wonderful they actually take the time and toast the soft taco. And if you’re anybody like me, things like that mean a lot.

We do eat at KFC frequently. The service was very slow and the order was wrong and that was corrected without issue. However, the food quality was horrible- and for the most part not edible. We had traveled all day and were tired and chose to eat at our hotel, otherwise we would have taken it all back and asked for a refund. The chicken was so over cooked/dry/"old" you could barely bite into it and the coleslaw did not taste right. Would NOT recommend!

slow line as always, my drink was only filled up 3/4ths of the way. chicken looks burnt, but at least the food was right this time.
☹️I went there today at 12:20pm, was the only person at the counter at 12:43 I had to beg for the food because lunch was over, when we got the food which was 3 regular tacos one taco had no meat at all, popcorn chicken was burned and dried up, the rest was cold. I will never go there again, can’t even do the survey on register receipt because the cashier was not giving them out. Will never go there again

Multiple visits the spring and summer of 2021. Drive-through is excruciatingly slow. You could get four pieces of chicken but all they will give you is ne napkin. So what I do is pull into a spot and walk in and manually ask for them because they won't give you more than 1 extra at the drive-through. This is a very busy KFC quarter of a mile off of I-95 so This place is a money maker. Someone needs to be checking the bathrooms here. They are always a messy or worse. Check your food before you leave because although it's always accurate this is the second time in about 10 visits where I noticed that the chicken was semi-Burnt. I had to trash my meal and was out $8.

Worst fast food experience EVER. Felt like I was a bother when placing my order. Chicken tenders were TERRIBLE. Seemed to be 75% breading with very little chicken. Pieces were TINY to boot. Will make it a point to NEVER stop there again when traveling along I-95.

This place hardly gets my order right. Today I got a spicy chicken sandwich combo and the drive thru server even asked if I wanted fries and drink with that. I said yes. Came home to see that there were no fries. Previously this place messed up my order by missing things like these. This is my last straw. Definitely won’t be back
