The worst fast food ive ever had. Not just the worst taco bell, the worst food!
My Baja blast tasted off, was willing to forgive it, then I waited forever to be handed burnt chips and a grilled cheese burrito I couldn't even finish. I am not kidding I want my money back.
NEVER felt this strongly about this before but this really was terribly disturbing

Placed an order to go as i was traveling. When i finally stopped to eat there wasnt any napkins or utensils in the bag. Used lid of coleslaw to eat my sides. Sadly i have experienced this ssme level of service at other kfcs. I will not be stopping at kfcs anymore

Terrible customer service and I ordered a new steak poblano but it had barely any steak in it plus it was hard and dry🤮
My boyfriend got chicken burritos and couldn't even eat them because that were harder then a hockey puck.

This location shows up on the Taco Bell app and lets you place an order like everything is fine. But when you actually show up they tell you that because they are a KFC/Taco Bell the order didn't actually go there and it went to a strictly Taco Bell location 12 minutes away on Pulaski highway.
So take it off the app then. Completely unacceptable.

Kylie Davis does not need to be working with customers. She failed to provide the price then got an attitude once I was displeased and wanted to edit my order. Retraining for her and the supervisor on shift is necessary as they have ZERO conflict resolution skills. Do better! And train your employees better!

1st cashier was rude but not friendly at all!!! I got the 8 piece family meal.
As my chicken started cooing off, it was not. It tasted like a month full of lard. Very thick grease.
I got it to go. When I got home it was still warm. I put a chicken breast on a paper plate & as it started cooling off
& getting greasy,I also noticed that my paper plate was a black spot where my chicken was sitting.
I couldn't finish eating it.
$30.+ in the trash.
I've never seen or tasted anything

We stopped by for restrooms and to get a small meal. We stood by the front counter for a little while before just using the restroom. After using the restroom we stood by the front counter again, and nobody came to help us. We got in the car and used the drivethru and were helped nearly immediately. Food was fine.

KFC always runs out of food. Either they are lazy or under-stocked. One order takes about 30 minutes and usually is missing an item and overcooked. DO NOT DOORDASH HERE! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR REP!!! KFC should be just shut down, and there's a better Taco Bell down the road. Feel bad for the workers.

Idk what the issue is, but my food is messed up just about every other time I go to this taco bell. I live right by it that's why I keep going there, but they need to train their staff better. I just got a cheesy gordita crunch and I stead of the spicy ranch sauce it's supposed to have they put chipotle on it. A few days ago I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with no sour cream, but of course there was sour cream. A couple weeks ago we ordered the new grilled steak melt burrito and they gave my husband 2 completely different burritos and charged him for those 2 burritos which he didn't realize. Well they give no refunds there so they decided to give us 3 of the right burritos to make up for it, but I just wanted my money back. The staff is always very nice and it's always clean in there they just need to be more mindful of the things people order and follow what the ticket says.
