We stopped by for restrooms and to get a small meal. We stood by the front counter for a little while before just using the restroom. After using the restroom we stood by the front counter again, and nobody came to help us. We got in the car and used the drivethru and were helped nearly immediately. Food was fine.

KFC always runs out of food. Either they are lazy or under-stocked. One order takes about 30 minutes and usually is missing an item and overcooked. DO NOT DOORDASH HERE! THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR REP!!! KFC should be just shut down, and there's a better Taco Bell down the road. Feel bad for the workers.

Idk what the issue is, but my food is messed up just about every other time I go to this taco bell. I live right by it that's why I keep going there, but they need to train their staff better. I just got a cheesy gordita crunch and I stead of the spicy ranch sauce it's supposed to have they put chipotle on it. A few days ago I ordered a grilled cheese burrito with no sour cream, but of course there was sour cream. A couple weeks ago we ordered the new grilled steak melt burrito and they gave my husband 2 completely different burritos and charged him for those 2 burritos which he didn't realize. Well they give no refunds there so they decided to give us 3 of the right burritos to make up for it, but I just wanted my money back. The staff is always very nice and it's always clean in there they just need to be more mindful of the things people order and follow what the ticket says.

This place sucks a manager let people steal my objects and told 7 people that stole my things that they could jump me in the parking lot as long as it's not in the store it should be shut down the store is disgusting the urinal don't work hasn't for 3 months or more it should be closed down completely

The only reason it get 2 stars is because the sweet lighting Mountain Dew hits the spot every time. They DO NOT change the grease I would even go as far to say not even once a week my Mexican pizza and cinnamon twist were unbearably disgusting. Karen is a sweet heart and did offer to replace it the next day with something else but let’s be real I’m not going back money wasted.

fast service drive thru! But stopping inside today and holy crap it’s filthy in there! Debris under every piece of furniture, sticky floors, unpleasant smell, nothing in here looks sanitary. Yuck.

Please owners you need to deep clean and ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing and oil change procedures are being followed. Our family of five stopped here on our way back home to have lunch on 8/21/25 after being on the road for a few hours, if we hadn't been starving and exhausted we would have left. The place has a very odd smell as soon as you enter. There was food that someone had spilled and it looked like it had been there for days right in front of the entrance door. The glass on the doors are full of greasy hand prints, the rug at the entrance is filthy and you can see black dirt all around the perimeter on the tile. The tables and window frames are disgustingly dirty. The soda machine only God knows when was the last time those nozzles/dispensers were clean/sanitized, there is visible mold and gunk on each and every single one of them. The surfaces surrounding the machine are just as dirty and the floors are super greasy and sticky, like you can feel/hear your shoes sticking to the floor as you walk. The chicken, oh the chicken, the oil is so old that the chicken looked burnt and the oil dripping from the chicken was dark. The bathrooms were very dirty. Mold growing on the wall tile grout, black rim inside toilet bowl, handprints all over the stainless steel stall doors, the sink has stuck on black gunk and the list just continues on and on.
If this is how it is where customers eat and see, who tells me that the inside is not the same? Who can guarantee that proper food handling procedures are being followed? Who tells me any sanitation is happening at all?
Please avoid eating at this establishment if you can.
The employees were courteous and quick. But that is the only good thing.

the girl was very rude and they act like they don’t want to do THEIR JOB and always have a attitude they all need to be fired expect for the one who was black with dreads , and instead of them doing there job they are sitting on their phones looking like lost puppies and i sat at the window for 20 mins and they kept staring at me and we had to keep honking . y’all choice this job not me

Worst Taco Bell/kfc ever patronized. I was placing an order inside to go for a large group. 16 pcs plus sides and extra sides. Also wanted tenders and they said one tender available and it would take 40 minutes to make more. The chicken ended up being dry (with dark char) like it was cooked in the morning and warmed all day long. We were there at 6 pm. Instead of tenders, not available, I got two Mexican pizzas. They were burnt like they also had been sitting in a warmer for hours. Tables were also dirty.

I’ve been frequenting this Taco Bell location because it’s close to my house and convenient, especially when I’m out late and they’re near closing. However, my recent experiences have started to turn me off.
One particular visit stood out. I went inside with my family for a quick bite. It was my first time dining in, and I ordered some chicken tacos for my fiancé and our son. Our son only eats tortillas with chicken (no cheese, sauce, lettuce, beans, or rice), which is how he prefers it. When we received the food, his tacos were fully loaded with sour cream, beans, rice, cheese, and all the toppings we specifically asked to avoid. We politely pointed this out to the staff, and they acknowledged the mistake.
However, things got frustrating when we waited nearly 10 minutes for the corrected order, despite there being no line or rush. When I inquired about the delay, it was clear there were issues in the kitchen. The staff member who made the replacement seemed annoyed and loud, even saying she “didn’t want to do it again,” which was unprofessional. It appeared to be a matter of miscommunication or poor service, and honestly, the wait time was excessive considering the circumstances.
I understand that late in the night, they might run out of certain items and want to avoid waste, but refusing to remake food properly or reading the display screen should not be an issue. Typically, service here is slow, and I’ve noticed that staff tend to get distracted or play around inside, which affects efficiency, especially in the drive-thru.
I might give this location one more shot, but if the service quality doesn’t improve, I’ll be looking for a different place. It’s disappointing because it used to be a reliable spot, but recent experiences have made me hesitant to return.
