I ordered the strawberry freeze drink and it wasnt handed to me with my order. Three different people asked me what I needed, I told them and they walked away and never came back. Finally someone actually tried to help me, and they didn't even have what I ordered. Then I get home and try to enjoy my food, but I can't because the chicken in my toca is so burnt its inedible. I will never be back to this restaurant.

I pass four Taco Bell’s on the way home. This was the best one spilt because of food. After tonight, I gotta say the service in this place has gone up.

Reading the reviews, I see that most all are split 50/50 between good food and really bad food.....I have to side with the bad. I ordered a steak burrito, two chalupas, and a soft drink. The chalupas had absolutely no flavor, and the steak burrito had 3 or 4 small pieces of steak, and nothing else besides refried beans and some sour cream. The total for the meal came to $27, way more than it was worth. I have always liked Taco Bell, and was looking forward to this visit since it's been a while since I've eaten at one. After this experience, I will not be returning to this or any other Taco Bell......the food was horrible, and definitely not what it used to be.

Dior was the most helpful employee and had the most pleasant attitude!! I firmly believe in leaving a good reviews when deserved and this guy deserves it!! Now a days, not many people are pleasant in customer service and this guy hit it out of the park!! What a gem! Great job Dior!
I mean, it's taco bell. I don't expect great food. I expect hot, ready, and fast. Instead, I walk into three people behind the counter and two in the lobby. Nobody seems to notice the three customers standing at the counter, impatiently waiting.

This place is an amazing Taco Bell. My order was taking forever to get picked up by Uber eats so I called and Manager Ashley was so kind and remade my entire order fresh. I really appreciate them going above and beyond for a good experience. Keep up the good work.
