I love the menu, however the staff is always extremely slow. They don’t have a sense of urgency like most fast food places. Employees are always very kind though, just never in a hurry so it can be a 10 min wait for 1 smoothie

I wanted to try this place for months ever since it opened up because I LOVE smoothies... Yesterday I finally got the chance to stop there and try it out.... I ordered the "Mango Magic" smoothie and was HIGHLY disappointed... It didn't have any flavor whatsoever.... It tasted like a water smoothie to be honest.... It cost almost $8.00 and it wasn't even worth $1.00 in my opinion. Needless to say, I DO NOT plan on returning to this place ever again ? instead I'll just stick to getting high priced smoothies at "Planet Smoothie" in Glasgow. At least their smoothies have flavor.

I am writing this Bad review not out of spite, but because I honestly love the food and smoothies of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. My wife and I are relatively new to the area and used to frequently go to the location in Prices Corner Shopping Center, Delaware; and never having any kind of issue. The last few times while ordering from the Elkton location our orders have been a little off leading us to believe they probably hired new staff who just haven't quite gotten the hang of it yet, not problem I understand. But I woke up at 1am this morning with the urge to use the bathroom, 20 minutes later I was throwing up the contents of my Buffalo chicken wrap into a trash can. I hope that Tropical Smoothie Cafe takes this as a need to severely train their employees and management to correct any hygiene or food handling issues as I would hate to stop being a customer since we live less than 10 minutes away.

We always order from Tropical Smoothie! Why? They know how to make a smoothie. Smoothies are not watered down! It is everything's smoothie should be. Peanut Butter cup and Sunrise Sunsets are our go to! We like to substitute with yogurt and protein and energy sometimes! We get it...how we want it! Sadly have not been in person yet. Because we always just Door Dash it! My 10year old (who does not get the energy substitute by the way...lol) just loves smoothies! We have tried a few...but she always asks for Tropical Smoothies!

I decided to try this place out.I went through the drive-through. I had purchased a blueberry bliss, smoothie and a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap.I must say everything was very delicious .The person on the monitor was very courteous and kind .I will return in the near future.

Where is a on duty Supervisor for this place?? Wish i could give this location 0 Stars. Employees were helpful and Kind but, It’s not good for business when employees are talking about bug problems that occur within the store with multiple customers inside.

Terrible place go to. Workers are nasty and ghetto. You pull up and see the manager on the side of the building smoking a cigarette. The smoothie had chunks in it. I will not be returning

This place is a complete joke. I had an issue with one of my smoothies and I filled out a form on the support page stating my smoothie tasted spoiled.. possible bad fruit. I received a call from either the gm or the owner brandy but I missed the call. Later on around 5:45 I received a call from a cell phone number belonging to one of the employees named Ojahnae Boyd stating my phone number called and threatened the store and the employees which obviously was not true. This store is a joke and ran by high school kids. She then blocked my phone number and I traced it finding her name. I also saved her phone number which allowed me to see who she was by going to Snapchat and seeing which contacts I can add. This place is an absolute joke. She also threatened me by brining her “brother” into the situation. Y’all are weird af calling my cell phone number like I couldn’t figure out who’s calling me. My guess is she saw i complained about a smoothie from the day before and wanted to call my phone about it and be smart.

Workers were rudely harassing me while I was sitting in my vehicle. Screaming out the drive thru window at me for no reason. This just happened so I would suggest for management to take a look at their cameras
