What are the odds of a Liege waffle in this area? After tasting street waffles in Belgium this summer, I can confidently say this sweet truck offers the real deal. Resist the urge to pile on the toppings and start with the original .. then get a few more :)
Also delighted to go home with a bag of coffee beans roasted by Joe. A joyful stop if you’re in the area. I’d share a photo but .. that waffle is long gone. Our thanks to the kind staff for the treats and the chat!

Talk about a hidden gem near the Maryland/Delaware boarder on Route 273 / Elkton Road in the State Line Liquor Store parking lot. Joe, Sue, Nicole, and staff are FANTASTIC! Their coffee and waffles are AWESOME. Far better than the chain coffee shops.
If you're traveling on I-95, just south of the Delaware tolls, take the Route 273 North exit towards Newark. They are only over a minute away! Well worth the stop to support a small/local business!

I finally tried the muffaletta waffle today...Guys. i don't even like olives usually. This one is REVOLUTIONARY. So do delicious!!! Perfect lunch with the iced chai. All the sweet choices are awesome, but don't sleep on the savory ones! ??

I really liked how they explained their different coffee roasts on the menu, you can tell they make good coffee. The waffle menu was simple and delicious. We ordered the foster. SO GOOD.
