Me and my wife and my daughter went to wendy's, around four twenty today to get something to eat.Everything else sounded nasty.food is getting disgusting nowadays.You can't go anywhere without it.Being messed up and we figured wendy's has got a little bit better.I was wrong.This is the worst service worst food ever.And something needs to be done about it

This is the worst Wendy's I have been to. The last few times they got my order wrong. I tried to give them grace because it's a newer Wendy's but my service today was completely horrible. My order was wrong, they forgot my frosty and the girl taking and handing out orders at the drive through, had a bad attitude. The inside looked clean but I will not be returning to this Wendy's. It's such a shame because so many people in Elkton were so excited to get a Wendy's only to be disappointed by the service.

Their hours state that the lobby closes at 10 PM. I showed up at 940 PM after a road call and there was a male and female sitting inside, and when I showed up they both looked incredibly annoyed, and the door was locked. I went to Google to find other food nearby, and then I saw them making out IN THE DOORWAY while I sat out there looking for other food. Extremely disappointed.

This store is new and the digital menus in the store do not work properly. Many items are missing prices. The self service self check-out kiosks are out of service. (Both are broken) For a new store only open less than 6 months I was disappointed in how many things were not working or out of service. Management was also bad, I stood in front of the cash register and no one was there. I had to wait a few minutes before anyone came to take my order. I saw several customers not receice what they ordered. Food was cold. Things definitely need to be improved.

Came thru the drive thru with 30 mins til close they told me they don’t have any food???? Like what u mean u don’t have any food? And then the girl at the speaker got the biggest attitude ive ever experienced. Took myself to the Wendy’s in DE and had a great experience 👍🏻 this one won’t be open much longer I bet

The app for this store doesn't work smoothly drive thru since it opened. I go in after doing carry out. They are out of lids for medium and large sized drinks. They don't have sweet tea in the back either so I go to pour it from the container...empty. no tea from the machine either it's not available. So not an overall great time here I get it that it's fast food but when I look back and see the workers killing flies with the electric tennis racket and having a good old time kinda kills me a little. Its like this sole property just brings bad business.

The mixed girl who works drive thru at night with the speech impediment, always gives me an attitude! Gives me regular cokes when I order diet cokes. I’ve had managers makes mistakes with my simple, standard order and then get smart because they had to be corrected! This place is trash! I’d rather take the trip to Delaware!
