Check your order before you leave. I ordered Bogota chicken sandwiches and added cheese to both. They charged me an extra dollar for each sandwich for the cheese and when I got home no cheese on either. I wish these fast food people would pay attention to what they are doing.

How could you serve a burned bun. Do they care that little about food service that when you saw the burnt bun you still thought it was a good idea to complete the sandwhich with a blackened piece of bread. Come on thats just lazy. This was a mobile order picked up in the drive thru.

Order was late and I had to stand out in freezing cold at the front window at 4:30 am for some dumb reason. I give the employees a 3 star rating bc they were trying but it was not giving. Please do better for us delivery drivers! And our customers! ❤️🙏❤️

It shouldn’t take 10 mins to get 2 sandwiches in the drive thru. Every time I come here it’s a long wait.
Service is pretty good - The African American Lady who works mornings I think she’s the manager - she is so so nice - so fast - always so nice to my kids
Parking: Little dicey getting back out on Eastern sometimes if your headed towards Martins but otherwise not bad

They just charge whatever price for drinks now? Says 2.39 on the screen but charge me 4 dollars for a medium coke both manger and cashier could care less and not even say a word after I ask o price must went up um nope it didnt but at least offer a frie or my money that you owe me back nothing.
