First I called and they weren't doing delivery... then I called back and ordered the $19.99 special and to my surprise the delivery charges where $5.99 , like really $5.99 so I said I guess that must be their tip she said ummm no I said ummm yes especially since u just said it was going to take an hour to and hour and a half for delivery and upon arrival almost 2 hrs later no garlic sauce and no icing and they forgot my damn soda

I have given this place more than enough chances but they never get my order correct. Today I ordered one of there specials that came with 2 medium pizzas, mini Parmesan bites, and the cinnamon bites that came with icing for 19.99 and they sent my icing but gave me no cinnamon bites instead they gave me cheesy bread. I called the store to advise them of this but they kept me on hold for 30 mins and never picked back up.

My food comes out burned up and hardit takes them 2 hours to get to my home, and I am not that far from themI waited almost an hour for a medium pizzaThey had pizza stuff everywhereEveryone had attitudes and in each other facesMaking food and touching other stuff that wasn't food very unsanitary

An hour & 15 mins since ordering & still no pizzas. It's only 2 xtra lg pepperonis. What is the problem? I haven't ordered from here in years because they don't care about doing anything right, but my usual spot was closed. Will never make the mistake of ordering Dominoes again. No being the key word. It better be hot.

Delivery driver harassed my family because I tipped online and didn’t tip her in person , and refused to hand me my full order until I did. She stood at the foot of my door for 2 full minutes and didn’t leave to the point where we had to ask her to step back. This is unacceptable behavior and completely unprofessional. I already tipped once and shouldn’t be expected to tip twice. Completely unacceptable.
These people tried to steal my order. They claimed they delivered it which was a lie but then proceeded to say they did. I checked my cameras and no one showed up. I called multiple times and the lady with a raspy voice proceeded to hang up on me Please do not order from here. My husband had to call for them to refund us our money. And im also going to call corporate and report this!

Parking was extremely difficult. It was a very small building with no place to park safely. I ordered 2 items, they said to come back in 15 minutes and I paid ahead. I came back in 20 minutes to find my order had been given to someone else. I waited an additional 15 minutes for them to make new ones. It was frustrating and unprofessional. I'm not going back.
