Asked for their new item on the menu and he said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked for a simple breakfast sandwich and he gave me a different item. Previously I have received stale begals as well. Would not recommend.

This is one of the better dunkins, but I order my coffee with 1 less sugar and 1 less creamer than normal for whichever size I get and I know damn well when they don't put the right amount in. I would say on average my coffee has the wrong amount of sugar and cream once a week. When you give me normal amount of creamer and sugar when I ask for a large coffee, 3 & 3... I CAN TASTE IT. You can probably get away with it around this area because there's a lot of old smokeys and other addicts that have destroyed their taste buds, but my taste buds are just fine and I can taste when I don't get what I asked for!

This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the better options in Middle River, located just before the beltway on my way to work in the AM. Coffee is good but the drive-thru guy can be literally bananas at times, trying to sell his bananas to customers like he's getting a huge bonus for it from the monkeys. Overall though good place to grab a coffee.
