Workers switched taking my order in the middle of me ordering, separate working working the drive thru took my full $20, didn't offer change, and gave me the wrong order, got mad at me when I said it was the wrong order. Insisted I had a mobile order even when I said I did not, I just ordered 10 seconds ago in the drive thru

Drove up to drive thru to place an order and the person taking the order barely spoke English and I hard a terrible time understanding them. Someone else jumped on and took the order ..all fine. Pull up to the window and this man reaches out the window to take my cc. He had a straw in his hand but I handed him my card. Then he stood there staring at me. Then he started shaking his hand at me. I asked what before realizing he wanted me to take this straw from him. Then he rolled his eyes and said something under his breath. I should have just drove off looking back on it. Such unnecessary bad behavior to give to your customers. If the owner reads this, just know you're not the only DD near me. I won't be back.

Love the matcha latte! I always order a Large matcha Latte with oat milk ,1 vanilla bean very light ice with whip cream! It’s not sweet but it’s not bland either ! You taste the vanilla bean in every sip! It’s perfect! I like the young man that makes it. He actually mixes it right! I get it everyday at this location!

This Dunkin Donuts will make you wait 10-20 for your order. It seems everytime I come to this location, they are short staffed.
