Long time Essex resident and patron of this Dunkin’ Donuts, however, probably not again. On two different trips this week the first coffee I got was cold I complained and got a second cold cup of coffee. Manager needs to check things once in a while instead of staying in the back.

I went in to get three shots of espresso and a simple sandwich. I get out of there $3 short with only one shot of expresso when I got home to check. Worst Dunkin' Donuts ever. Will not be going back there which is a shame since I don't live that far

This is one of the best Dunkin donuts in Essex. The workers are very nice. If the line is long on weekday mornings no worries because it will move super fast. The manager is a hard worker and all the workers follow his lead. If you have a little extra time Avoid Dunkin on Eastern Blvd and come to Hyde Park Dunkin donuts next to Food Lion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
