This is one of the best Dunkin donuts in Essex. The workers are very nice. If the line is long on weekday mornings no worries because it will move super fast. The manager is a hard worker and all the workers follow his lead. If you have a little extra time Avoid Dunkin on Eastern Blvd and come to Hyde Park Dunkin donuts next to Food Lion. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This Dunkin really struggles to do anything right. And then when you try to correct them because they messed up your order, they act as if you are the reason why they messed up your order. I was very respectful in going back and saying that my sandwich was supposed to be on a different type of bread and got all upset at me. Meanwhile, the receipt is right there in front of them, saying what the sandwich was supposed to be on. One thing I will say, positive, they are very consistent...
