I placed an order on the Dunkin’ app, but it went through three times by mistake. I immediately called the store to cancel two of them, and they told me they were out of the product I ordered anyway — so I asked them to cancel all three and issue a refund. They said they couldn’t do that and that I had to contact corporate.

I’ve now called corporate at least 10 times over the course of a few weeks, and each time I’m told the refund has to come from the franchise owner. The franchise has never called me back, and I still haven’t received a refund.

So, I’m out over $100, never received a single item, and no one has taken responsibility. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience — I expected much better from Dunkin’.

Lucky i check before i sat down but something said to me with soap and trash all over the bathrloom in the bathroom they didnt have toilet paper and when I asked the guy seemed to have a problem getting it he made one of his workers that was father way do it after I asked twice and said I need to poop

No, honestly, when I tried to talk to them, I didn’t understand them. They said that I asked for two wraps, but they gave me a wrap with coffee. I didn’t want a wrap with coffee. I took one wrap. They made me pay $6, and I don’t know how much this food is. I didn’t ask for it. They compensated me based on a wrap they did for $8. Honestly, I will never deal with them again.

So this morning, I sent my husband to get me two a croissants. They gave him one croissant wrapped up and the second one it wasn’t wrapped in anything so he mentioned it to them. There was a Hispanic lady laughing. I guess she was the one making sandwiches so he said he wanted them remade she proceeded to put the sandwich flat out on the counter. The health department needs to be called on these people. They are ridiculous and completely evil. I’m never going back there. I’m never sending him back there every time we go there, there’s a problem the last time the girl forgot to give him my vanilla roll of coffee and didn’t see me sitting in the car so when she said that he didn’t order it, I had to specifically Tell her that he did because I’m the one that told him too when I was sitting right here and then she made it with an attitude the whole entire facility needs To be shut down, I’ve never seen people serving food so ignorant in my life and I hope each and every one of them gets fired and I think I might actually call the health department and she thought something was funny and see who’s laughing then this is the one in Essex next to the Burger King these people are extremely racist on top of everything because it’s funny when I go with him there’s no problem but when he goes since he’s a black man, there’s always a problem so now I’m gonna make it a bigger problem and go out of my way and make sure the health department knows that they like to put sandwiches on the counter when they re-wrapped them at the drive these people are disgusting do yourself a favor and just don’t because they might spit in your food if you complain

I'm not happy at I asked for a frozen coffee when I got it. It was over half melted it was like it was someone else's reject not fresh at all. I got chocolate munchkins, and they were like little rubber balls. The young lady at the window was just plain rude. I asked for whipped cream, and when I corrected they because they forgot the whipped cream, it was like a total inconvenience for them to fix it. This isn't the first time I haven't gotten what I ordered. I went back to give them another chance. At least when I go to Wawa, they get things right, and it is made fresh from now on if there isn't a Wawa around I will drive out of my way to find one before I even consider stopping at dunkin donuts again

Service here is terrible. Who knows what their actual hours are, because there may be an “open” sign but that doesn’t mean anyone will take your order. There’s other places close by, I recommend going to one of them instead.

Never go to this Dunkin Dounts the service is slow. The staff is very rude. The place is dirty. Parking is horrible. If the manager doesn't care the employees don't care either. They need a whole new staff. I have to go out of my way to avoid this store.
