First of all the restaurant is extremely clean. The skin on the chicken is flavorful and crispy. Everything served hot fresh and the sides are fantastic too. Definitely my favorite Peruvian chicken restaurant I’ve been to so far.

I cook all the time for my family and know how things taste and how they shouldn't taste. Tonight was my cooking day off and we decided to try Inca. This was our first time in here. All the food presentation was great. The place was clean. Behind the counter was clean and organized. The staff was nice and friendly. Small language barrier, but managed. I got a bowl. It looked amazing. I took a bite of the cheese and rice. The taste was off .. I thought it was a different spice. I then tasted each individual thing.. chicken- fine, lettuce-fine, pico-fine, cheese-mold, rice-maybe mold. I tasted mold. I stopped eating. I told the guy at the counter. He said that it was the type of cheese and the bag of cheese was new. I told him not to serve that cuz someone would get sick. We'll, I am currently the sick one. Spent almost $100 for moldy food. Won't be back.

Let's start with the hours of service sign. It says they close at 8. What that really means is they close at 730 and then laugh at you while they clean up in order to leave at 745, every stinking night. The food is a mediocre take in Peruvian charcoal chicken. Far from what other reviews have labeled it. The sides ... meh. Atmosphere. Dingy is a word to begin describing this slop-chute. Floors typically have visible food that hasn't been swept , not sure if they own a mop. 1 star because I can't give them a half.

My husband and I both got the lamb chops, w/ Potatoes, Mac 'n' cheese, & plantain. The food was good, especially the lambchops. Not only did they smell good, but they were seasoned well ?. Will definitely be a returning customer.

I tried the Pollo a La Brasa, (peruvian chicken) not bad, and not as the real Peruvian, this Pollo was spicy, and tasted different. I asked for the cooker and he is not peruvian, as per the front employees the owner is not peruvian, they learned from a peruvian cooker who useto work there. So, no peruvian cooker, no peruvian food, and the name... well thats a Fake advertising.
