Personally don't care for the pizza but my family does so I ordered at 620, says it'll be delivered around 650. 715 I get a notification from door dash that they're picking my order up and it'll be at my house 803. Little confused with the whole situation since as far as I'm aware Marcos has in house delivery, on top of that they're charging a delivery fee at the time of order which is disingenuous at best if they're not the ones ACTUALLY handing the delivery. Needless to say tonight is my list time dealing with Marcos.

The pizza was so delicious and the staffs were so sweet and the environment was really warm. Honestly, speaking i didn’t have much expectations but they over-crossed my expectations. Overall I had a experience.

****UPDATE**** DUE TO THE WINTER STORM and AGAINST MY BEST JUDGEMENT I Ordered a pizza along with a CALZONE for pick up. I had to call the store THREE TIMES because the women inside of the store could NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS and get the ORDER CORRECT ….after sending my husband into the store TWICE …. He arrived home from the store a THIRD TIME and the Calzone was STILL MADE INCORRECTLY…called and told the manager I wanted my MONEY BACK because the RECEIPT CLEARLY stated the FOUR ITEMS that I asked for in the “BUILD YOUR OWN” menu item ….NEVER IN LIFE WILL I EVER PATRONIZE an establishment that REFUSES TO REFUND U WHEN THEY ARE IN THE WRONG …. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES…. What’s the point of BUILD YOUR OWN if the establishment CANT FOLLOW SIMPLE DIRECTIVES …. It’s PIZZA NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!!!!!
Store was SOLD 3 months ago and the QUALITY of the pizzas has gone SEVERELY DOWN…. New owners make pizza toppings soooo BIG and THICK that the pizza was HARD TO SWALLOW…. Last owners use to FINELY CHOP all ingredients so the pizza LOOKED PRESENTABLE and TASTED GREAT! Paid $27 for DOUGH & THICK CHOP VEGETABLES… I won’t be returning unfortunately since the pizza quality has deteriorated

This franchise locations is lacking. Purchased a pizza and noticed the cheese was different from other Marco’s locations.
It seems like they are now cheaping out and mixing cheese with cheap local cheese.
Crust was tasted stale and seems like they are using old dough
Marco’s should be ashamed to have a location like this.

Been a customer for 4 yrs. Brought an XL pepperoni pizza last night 12/22 and it was horrible. The cheese is imitation.I called to speak the owners but to my surprise they sold the business. Some women with accent like Indian she stated that they been long gone. And I said yeah, along with a good recipe because you’re using imitation cheese that’s why the pizza was horrible. Even the pepperoni was off. If you’re not gonna keep up with Marco franchise standards, you should not be an owner.

Definitely new management, used to come here and was always a disappointment, recently I have been coming and LOVING IT. The place is so clean and the pizza is AMAZING! I was very impressed when going back there and have been goo my back every other week. Best pizza and costumer service out there.
Dot know if everybody knows if you order on line before you go you can get some stuff cheaper if you like pepperoni magnifico it's 20 bucks if you walk in and order but if you order online first it's like 14 bucks

Today 8/28/25, I walk in and the female who took my order was sitting at a table eating. She took my order and orders of customers after me.. she also was putting g her hair up and handling food and never once washed her hands!
