Got into the drive thru at 9:45 pm. It’s currently 10:05pm. The line is wrapped around the store, this is the usual at night. I would’ve got out the line if I didn’t have a mobile order and wasn’t already charged. Whenever I order from here, the food is normally hot and fresh but the line is ridiculous. The night shift is very disorganized, and sometimes I’ve seen only two people working the store in these conditions. This is crazy.

The parking lot at this location often smells strongly of weed, and there are usually people smoking outside, which makes the atmosphere very unpleasant. The area feels unclean, damp, and uncomfortable. This creates a negative environment before even stepping inside.
I would recommend management to take action to improve the safety and cleanliness of the premises, as it would make a big difference for families and regular customers.

The staff there, specifically in the afternoon and evenings are horrible. I've had situations where they have substituted items in my orders without telling me or offering alternatives. The thing I really hate the most is that they have no sense of urgency when preparing items. Stay away at all cost.

Why does it take 45 minutes to make 1 burger no fries and a drink!?!? This is supposed to be fast food, not fine dining. I've seen paint dry faster. If I moved this slow at any of my jobs I've had in my lifetime, I'd be fired on the stop. Worse McDonald's ever.

Concern Regarding Incorrect Order and Overcharge
I ordered a Ranch Snack Wrap with the following customizations:
Extra Roma Tomato (2) Extra Half Strips (2) Extra Shredded Cheese Extra McCrispy Ranch Sauce
Unfortunately, when I received my wrap, it was missing some of the extras I specifically requested and was charged for—particularly the extra strips and shredded cheese. I’ve attached a photo of the item and my receipt for your reference.
I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed. Whether it be a refund for the extras I paid for but did not receive, or a credit toward a future visit, I kindly ask that you look into this matter.
