Should STOP serving plastic food....I wouldn't feed my DOG ... McDonald's food

Mike

I feel like it I have been to many different Mac Donald’s yet this one is the only one I can say I have seen more then 10 drug deals right out side of it. Also the workers not very polite and when I got a happy meal for my son they just (Not kidding) threw it at me. Hope they get better in the future.

Ordering a big meal from a company like McDonald’s used to mean something — not like getting a trophy or free pie, but just the basic idea that, hey, thanks for dropping thirty bucks at once. Maybe we’ll make your food fresh. Maybe someone says thank you. Instead, I felt like I was being punished for daring to order more than two cheeseburgers.

Before I go further, let me say clearly: I do not blame the employees. I’ve worked at McDonald’s. I know how little say they have, how little they get paid, and how quickly any pride gets smothered by timers and heat trays. Nobody’s handing out bonuses for making a fresh batch of nuggets. There’s no employee-of-the-month for “gave a damn.”

But today’s food? It hurt my soul. The sandwiches were tough. The meat was brown and dry from sitting way too long. The fries had crossed the point of no return — cold, dry, and limp like they’d just given up. The nuggets were shriveled like they’d seen things. Lettuce was barely visible. It felt like every item was grabbed just to clear the order and move on.

And the worst part? I waited 25 minutes while the drive-thru line stretched out to the road. I was only the second car for most of that time. If you know how store timing works, this felt like a classic case of the team freezing the line just to protect their numbers. Don’t take the next order until this one’s out. Make the stats look good. But at what cost?

If the store can’t handle a large order, I get it. Just say so. I would have happily gone elsewhere instead of blocking the drive-thru and walking away with the saddest holiday feast imaginable.

This location is cheaper than some of the others nearby, but the trade-off is clear. The quality has quietly fallen through the floor. There’s no pride left in the service. No spark. And no reason to come back.

To the owner: I don’t want free food. I don’t want a refund. Honestly, take the money from my order and hand it out to your crew as a little holiday bonus. They need something to feel good about in this system. Because whatever this was today? It didn’t feel like McDonald’s. It felt like giving up.

Here's a thought. Stop advertising the Monopoly stuff everywhere when you have none. It's on the windows, the bag, the kiosk on certain items, yet I got nothing. Getting those pieces influenced my purchases, for nothing. Lousy way to do business, Donald.

At the drive thru the car in front of us ordered breakfast. When we came up it was 10:58 and we were told we couldn’t order breakfast.

After placing my order, requesting an extra shot of espresso, and getting the total for my order, the lady then says - Wait, I forgot, you can’t get espresso with a nasty attitude. Horrible service! People would always understand, but it all depends on the tone and the way you say things.

Really loved my experience here! The food was great 😋 and the service was fantastic—everyone was so friendly. The only little hiccup was that our table hadn't been wiped down when we sat down 😬. Still, the overall experience was excellent, so I'm giving it 4 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got into the drive thru at 9:45 pm. It’s currently 10:05pm. The line is wrapped around the store, this is the usual at night. I would’ve got out the line if I didn’t have a mobile order and wasn’t already charged. Whenever I order from here, the food is normally hot and fresh but the line is ridiculous. The night shift is very disorganized, and sometimes I’ve seen only two people working the store in these conditions. This is crazy.

Rat infested dump that takes a half hour to get your food even if it’s not busy. No organization, smells like weed hot dog water inside. Place should be condemned.
