I think they must’ve been desperate for workers, because obviously they hire just anybody. I came yesterday to get something and then today as well to get ice cream for my kids. Both times I was treated with blatant disrespect. Treated me as though I was a nuisance because they had to do their job. Had me waiting forever while there were workers inside the place eating ice cream. Not only that but they talk badly about you as soon as they shut the drive through window as If you cannot hear them. Using profanity and rolling eyes as soon as the window shuts even after I was patient and respectful. So unprofessional. Thought it was a one-off thing but two days of this behavior from multiple workers, ridiculous!

Oh my Gosh we LOVE Miss Twist! Cannot express how much this place is so good 🍦The ice cream is so affordable and the soft serve is so good. Just like the best ice cream truck. My favorite is the banana boat. 😋

This store looks like an ice cream truck on the inside! It was such a cool set up. The people working were very friendly, and I loved the chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone with gummy bears that I got.

Miss Twist is my favorite part of Essex. Absolutely divine, my favorite so far is the cotton candy gelati. Do yourself a favor and go there, they even have a drive through!
